Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Baltimore

I made an order as usual in the app. Before I arrived at the store my app sent notification that my order was ready. As I entered into the store the associate greeted me. She ask if I needed to place an order or pickup? I said pick up and gave her my name. She then said it would be another 5-6 minutes. I was a bit confused but reply ok. I notice the only thing sitting on the pizza counter was 2 boxes like I ordered, about another 10 minutes when by and she said just a few more minutes. Eventually she walked up with an order that I knew could not be mine. To make a long story short, the box on the counter when I walked into the store were mine. By the time I got home the pizzas were cold and taste like cardboard. Over the past year I’ve noticed constant changes in the staffing. It has gotten much worse I’ve been patient most of my transitions have had issues but I held my tongue. I won’t be going back to this location any more and I will be looking for other pizzas options to curve my 2-3 times a week pizza...

We have gone to this location a couple of times and had no problems. Today we ordered for pickup around 6p and paid on the app. Went to pickup after 25 mins and waited another 20 mins inside the restaurant just to be handed our food which had been sitting on the counter not under heat or in a bag🤦🏽. A walkin order was placed and fulfilled within 10 mins of being placed.Eager to get home we took the food and left. We get home and open our food. Not sure if the people making it burnt it and removed the burnt parts or if they were hungry and decided to snack. 🤷🏾 Not writing a review to be malicious but there were at least 4 workers there and if they were better trained and had better mgmt to step in and assist and direct the team making sure the quality of the food handed out was to customers expectations, this could have been avoided. Mistakes happen. Moral of the story, check our food...

I am truly impressed with this Papa Johns location! This was my first time ordering here because I do not live in the area. I had the pleasure of ordering today (the day after valentines day) and was overly accommodated. I placed a big order and also asked for the heart shaped pizza to be delivered to my husbands job... which was no longer a special since its after valentines day. Not only were the employees, Driver and Manager Carlos so patient and helpful but they even delivered outside of their range and were able to accommodate my requests. They were fast, efficient and so very friendly. I typically do not go out of my way to write reviews but this amazing costumer service can not go unnoticed. i appreciate your service and will make sure to refer people to you and if i am ever in the area or need to order i will be choosing you!...
