I went in today to get my usual bacon egg and cheese on a french toast bagel. I accidently pulled out an old debit card. It of course declined. When I gave the cash register attendant whom I believe to be the owner my new card. Mysteriously it did not go through so she asked for cash. The card machine mysteriously worked for the white patrons behind me after I paid in cash. I thought there was something wrong with my card until I called my bank as was told nothing was wrong I then used my card at another retailer where it worked. I am pretty sure they did not want to process my card so they lied and said the card reader was not working. in addition my order was messed up and I did not get an apology when I asked for a correction. I am a long time customer, I have supported Roland Park bagels since the last owner, but I won't be back. I don't support places with shady...

Called and inquired about an allergy before ordering on Uber Eats. I asked the cashier if I could speak to someone in the kitchen because she had trouble understanding me. When the cook came to the phone I said two words and he immediately began yelling at the cashier for making him come to the phone. He told her that I wanted to make an order and that she ahould take my order. He kept yelling at her implying that he was used to her having trouble taking orders over the phone. I felt horrible for getting her in trouble by simply asking to speak to someone in the kitchen about a life threatening peanut and shellfish allergy before ordering. I have no problem with speaking to someone that may have trouble understanding me, but why would he yell at her for needing help? It was awful. I won't be...

Ordered from them for the first time for the MD Vegan February event and had a terrible experience. My sandwich was poor quality (hard bagel, brown avocado) and missing a main ingredient. I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. When I finally did get someone on the phone and reported my sandwich didn't come with the Vegan Egg it should have, I was told she didn't think it "came like that" and I was wrong. I had to point out that their website carryout menu explicitly described the sandwich as having the Vegan Egg on it, so it was indeed supposed to come with it, before I was offered a partial refund. I'd heard good things about RPB, but I shouldn't have to argue their own menu with them just to get the...

On a recent Sunday morning my husband and I tried to go to a place across the street from Roland Park Bagels, but the wait was too long and we didn’t have that much time, so we went across the street and stumbled upon this gem. We loved it. We both got the Double-Trouble sandwich with bacon, sausage, fried egg, and cheddar — and it was incredible. We shared the home fries. They were so good… I told my husband they reminded me of Boardwalk french fries but in the shape of small potato wedges. I got a skim mocha latte and my husband got an oat milk cappuccino, and both drinks were delicious. The staff was friendly and we really enjoyed our breakfast. Hope to have a chance to go back sometime!

The customer service, food and drinks are top-notch. I appreciate the workers going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They are quick and efficient in producing quality food & drinks. Srijanna knows my order as soon as I walk through the door; and she makes every visit feel very welcoming/hospitable. My go to is a vanilla oatmilk latte and an everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese, lox with cucumber and onion. There is no place that does it like them when it comes to lox bagels, makes my mouth water just thinking about it!! This place is a must for breakfast if you’re in the Roland Park area.

Roland Park Bagels is a breakfast and lunch place on Cold Spring Lane between Roland Ave. and Charles St. I've never eaten here before. You order and pay when you arrive, and they bring the food to your table. The menu is extensive including some vegan options. I had a vegan wrap, and my wife had a turkey and cheese panini. Both were excellent, and both were big enough to satisfy us after eating the first half. There's metered street parking out front. It's a reasonable rate, 25 cents per hour. You can use a credit card to pay. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. I recommend Roland Park Bagels.
