The manager treated a customer so rude he refused to honor her survey in which she had proof on her phone everything she had to survey this manager refused to give her just two pieces of chicken and a biscuit and she had the survey code she showed him he still refused she had a little baby with her that baby could have been hungry and I had met this manager in the library and he was such a nice person and he had his pregnant wife with him at that time but I had no idea that his work ethic was so horrible he wouldn't have liked if someone had treated his expecting wife that way if she was hungry the way he treated that young lady and her little child but she was very nice and polite about it and they had DISCARDED CHICKEN that was ready to be thrown away in a container on the floor but he was extremely rude to her. I don't go there and I won't go there again someone had recommended I try the chicken sandwich the sandwich was great but the service he displayed what's so unprofessional for him to be A MANAGER he refused to give her corporate number he SARCASTICALLY SAID WE'RE FRANCHISE repeated that HE WAS THE MANAGER he COULD DO ANYTHING HE WANTED. Another manager a Mexican woman over him came in arriving to work and she saw what was going on we pointed out to her what he was refusing to do and she asked him to see redemption code he even showed they showed her on the receipt and from the young ladies cell phone and she even agreed that the customer was right and he still WOULD NOT give this young lady and her LITTLE CHILD two pieces of chicken and a biscuit. She said she had just got the receipt at a day or so ago when she was and there purchasing which indicated she had already spent money there. She had her redemption code everything showed on her phone where it had given her the redemption code I sought other customers saw and he told her she was lying that he knew the code and that wasn't it when it was CLEARLY from the survey code website. and it's not like that was the only thing she wanted was something for free she'd already placed an order and then showed him the coupon for the additional order. Another customer finally stepped in and purchased the meal for the young lady and her child that's how horrible and unprofessional and stingy this manager was acting. The customer that purchased the meal for the young lady and her child even said this establishment makes way too much money for him to refuse to give her two pieces of chicken and a biscuit in which that was what the survey offered. All of customers everyone in the restaurant was surprised he was acting so rebellious. And I called the next day to report his unprofessional rebellion but it's a cell number obviously his cell number. He should really be ashamed of himself that woman had a child with her and he has a baby on the way and I hope that his wife is never treated that way because he...
Read moreMy husband and I stopped by this location to order lunch after a long drive. I urgently needed to use the restroom, but we were told the doors wouldn't be opened until after we placed our order. We were the third customers in line.
Once we reached the counter and began ordering, I asked for the restroom key again. I was told we needed to pay first. Even after we had placed and paid for our order, I still wasn’t allowed access. When we asked again, the staff member, while preparing drinks, briefly attempted to open the door, claimed someone was inside, and walked away.
At that point, I had no choice but to run across the street to the library to use their restroom. My husband ended up requesting a refund.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Restroom access should be a basic courtesy—especially for...
Read moreBeware of this restaurant. I recently purchased a 24 piece family meal which includes 3 sides, 12 biscuits. The server at the cash register assured me that everything was in the box after waiting for 25 minutes. Upon arriving home about 15 minutes later only to find no biscuits in the box. I immediately call the store but there was no answer. I drove back to the store with everything including the receipt. I told the manager that there was no biscuits placed in the box. Instead of honoring me claim, he proceeded to ask the young lady at the register whether she put biscuits in the box. She replied yes I did. The manager than turns to me and say has no reason to lye. So I guess I'm out of 12 biscuits. It happened once but never again. I refuse to patronize business that have no honor to customers. So if you ask me, yeah...
