The Hollins House was very happy to see me because i was the Tenant Secretary of the board. 2014 Housing sold all Highries and took all the tenants out if the system. There was no more Housing Highries. And after staying in mixed for 2 Years showing that that you can pay every mo. On time. And HUD was really the soul owner of supporting the up keep of the drug addiction and raising children without father's and families that had no idea of respecting a home a family bills or respecting self. Now these benefits have to be earn. But Hollins house had bed bugs and tenants was giving a chance with 0 income and building there life back to help make a better life for the whole family. I didn't go in there for customer service I went in there to get a few items but I watched the LADY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE helping a lady an elderly ladywith her Shuttle pick up because the lady had just left the doctor's office in the same shopping center and walked a few feet to the giant and they didn't want to pick her up so I intervened and asked the lady if she needed a ride and she said yes and I gave her a ride and she didn't have to pay me like she had to pay the shuttle. I don't know what shuttle service that was but they should have been ashamed of themselves her doctor's office was in the exact same parking lot as the Giant. I WISH I WOULD HAVE GOT THE NAME OF THE LADY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT I SURE WOULD LIKE TO...

My cashier was very nice as are the deli staff. Some of the younger employees are lazy and have attitudes towards people who don't have the same color skin as they do. This is my own personal opinion from my own personal experiences with employees at this Giant. They also need to open up more registers with cashier's that ring up your groceries. I don't like the self checkout's, Giant doesn't pay me for being a cashier, it's bad enough that they charge you 5 cents for each paper bag for your groceries, I don't think it's right. If you told customers 20 years ago that they have to pay for their paper bags they would have walked out and left...
