Nail Envy & Spa — Local services in Baltimore

I really wanted to like this place especially since it's so close to my house and im on the search for a new nail tech/shop but this was not a good experience

My nails are okay I'm a perfectionist and there's some things that I just have to force myself to look past with them but they're okay. I did have to tell the tech to change the towel in between me and another client because he started my nails and there were cuticle clippings right next to my arms. Absolutely gross.

Now the pedicure. Worst pedicure I've had in a longggggg time. I had to go back 3 days later for them to fix the polish on my big toe. A couple days later the polish oh my other big toe complete cracked and is trying to lift off my gel pedicures usually last 6 weeks and now I have to get them redone when I go get my nails done SOMEWHERE ELSE

Every single person here is personable and caring. They provide excellent customer service. Quinn usually does my nails, I have one deformed nail from childhood and I'm kind of self-conscious about it, but from the first time he ever did my nails he made me feel at ease and told me was nothing to be ashamed of. He does the best job at creating a nail for me that will last between manicures and not fall off. He's brilliant! He's even a real artist outside of nail design! Nana is the kindest most caring woman and you can tell that she cares about her clients. She refuses to put fake lashes on my eyelashes because she says my natural one's are so beautiful and she does not want them to be potentially ruined by the stress of the false lashes being on top. I would have paid her extra even but she said she values her customers more than money🤯 She says honey just use mascara lol. I would recommend this salon to anyone! Keep up the...

This was my first time trying this nail shop and it was very nice , Nana was very welcoming great conversation and makes sure you truly like your nails before leaving! I will be back , THANK YOU NANA!!!!

Update 2024: Q if you’re reading this just know you deserve the world!!!!! 🤣 he does my nails right every time don’t get me wrong nana does great work and I love her down but Q I love him more! When I say short sharp square he does just that . I will wait hours just for him to do my nails idc how long it takes . I love the atmosphere one the salon as well . Everyone’s laughing and chatting it’s very welcoming Nana and Q and the nail envy spa family are very sweet and diligent when it comes to servicing you . I don’t normally leave reviews or edit them but it was very much needed.
