Soul Source — Restaurant in Baltimore

Same problem as always with a typical black owned business. They always want you to support them, but they are never opened consistently or on time. Take this business for example. Last week I decided to try him out. Ok, he wasnt open on Monday. Ok, no problem most restaurants aren't after a long weekend. This business wasn't opened on Tuesday, or Wednesday. Finally got to try the food on Thursday. Food was very good with huge portions. I mean so good I tell my peeps hyping it up. We decided to go back on Friday. Guess what not opened. In my mind I'm like damn. This place I've been trying to eat at all week has only been opened one day. We didn't try Saturday. We decided to try again today for Sunday dinner. Guess what. NOT OPEN. Smh. See this is the reason I support the other ethnic groups consistency. Then black people want to get mad when you don't support them. This is the reason half of them fail because your customer base gets tired of your lack motivation to serve them. ...

Terrible just fn terrible. Been passing this spot for a few years now. Finally decided to stop n check it out .The girl at the front taking orders, has no customer service skills. They didn't have what i wanted to order. Tried to settle for something else. I thought it was fresh salmon, nope canned like shhhh.then i couldn't get a refund for something i didn't want. Now im out 6 bucks n still hungry. This is one black business I will not ever...

Soon as I called was immediately put on hold for 5 whole minutes she then came back to the phone said hello as amazed that I was still holding I proceeded to give my order which was a waffle platter in sausage egg in cheese sandwich only to realize she had walked away from the phone again while I was talking after saying hello a few times in waiting I then hung up yeah you get 1 star for that...
