If I could give 0 stars I would!! This place will have you in a backed up terrible drive thru line waiting for soo long over 30 minutes just to get to the window and sometimes more. It’s the same when I DoorDash as a dasher or when I just order for myself here. Terrible experiences. I had 2 DoorDash orders one time. They gave me the first order pretty quickly but the second one was taking so long for some reason like unbelievably long! And like twice after 5-8 minutes again and again they would keep looking at the name on my phone ..like do you have the order or not and WHAT is going on. But despite the long wait I try to make the best out of it by being polite and patient and keeping the customer updated even though I’m not sure what’s going in my myself. And mind you the first customer’s order that had been given to me wanted to know what was going on too!! It was just too much and then after an excruciating long wait..!! They tell me to go around and park by the building…😐 what.? I just said okay and did it and waited soooo long and for what? The customer just order one combo!!?? And one of the customers that had the first order that was given to me said she was missing a chicken sandwich… and everytime I go here for myself I always check for my sauces and they never have it in the bag so I’m so glad I do check before I leave because I will NOT be going back in the long line that I will be in for the next hour. They had me waiting over an hour for that one DoorDash order😐😐 why??? What is going on with this place? Out of the slowest of the slowest “fast food” places I’ve been to.. this is the WORST. I even placed a DoorDash order myself instead and they were missing my 2 Mardi Gras mustard sauces AND my strawberry & cream pie. Why is it so many mess ups with this place and extremely long wait times. Even fine dining in an actual restaurant is faster than them and more accurate the first time .!!...

I'm writing this review IMMEDIATELY after leaving the drive thru on 4/14/25 at 10:52p. First off this particular new location is already very pricy but I ordered a 12pc meal with large mash, large coleslaw it comes with 6 biscuits. I also ordered 2 medium drinks. I saw they had new strawberry biscuits so I asked the cashier could I do 1/2 strawberry, 1/2 regular? Obviously she was clueless because she kept giggling and as she was trying to figure it out my total went to $177.00. I responded and said, that's definitely not my total! She told me to hold on as she got some assistance and then I saw $.30 uncharge for the strawberry ones I was fine with that. Totalling to $46.40. I get to the window, before I can pay another worker and what looked to be a manager came to tell the now guy cashier that was at the window to wait on taking my payment. After minutes of sitting there card in hand I then was told they can't change the biscuits in my meal. I asked even with the upcharge they said no. This was confusing especially since I saw the $.30 uncharge fee on the monitor. I'm not sure if nobody knew what they were doing or they wanted to charge me separately but for almost $50 they need to get that together. If the owner happens to see this review you may want to train your employees on pricing when introducing new menu items. UPDATE: Get the food home my 12pc is thighs, legs and wings no breasts😒, then the so called medium sprite I ordered is seltzer water. SMDH. I will NEVER patronize them EVER AGAIN😡. For anyone who does I suggest you check your order both price wise and visually. It seems they're trying to take advantage of people that come to grab a bite to eat in the later hours. I cook so anytime I choose to eat out I expect it to be enjoyable. This restaurant is too new to be messing up like this especially for that kind of money. My boyfriend and I went to this location about 11:46pm to get a #2 (ghost pepper meal WITH BACON AND CHEESE), fries, soda and a popcorn shrimp and 2 tender meal with fries and a drink AND a SMALL mashed potatoes and gravy. They gave us the completely wrong order. I then proceeded to knock on the door (which was locked for after hours), and the lady sitting down NEXT to the door waved me to go BACK into the drive thru. REMIND YOU we ordered at 11:50pm. We didn’t get back through the line to get to the front until 12:25AM. At some point I was wondering if they were killing the chickens to cook them, because WHY was the wait for FAST food 35/40 minutes. When we FINALLY got to the front, they took back the mistake and gave us our “order”. This time we checked before leaving and realized that the one order- the #2 was made WRONG, no bacon and cheese and it was cold (probably from sitting). Gave it back, and 5 minutes later they gave us another sandwich (how bad this place was, it was probably the SAME sandwich just reheated and slapped with some bacon and cheese). My food was cold but I was too annoyed to even speak on it. Got home and realized these mfs gave me a Mac and cheese instead of a Mashed Potatoes and Gravy. 0/10- WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
