Xavier never explained to my sister or I about a $150 extra for a warranty. My furniture was delivered on April 8th and as of May 30th a piece of wood attached to the frame under the fabric covering is moving causing the legs to bend. I have added brackets to keep the wood in place. I was told by the representative that spoke with Joe I needed to purchase a new couch. I have only had supposedly new furniture for close to two months. This is unacceptable. My sister paid $900. I paid close to $750 and in two months I need to buy another due to a manufacturer issue. The lady in customer service told me to use gorilla wood glue. No one offered any resolve. I was just told to have a great day. Actually think the wood is dry rot.
Went today to speak to someone. There is no manufacturer warranty onany of their furniture. Told that I would need to purchase afain but they would charge me the deductible $500. I paid $700. Not even two month old furniture broke and waisted money. Horrible service. They do NOT even deserve one star. RUNđđżââď¸ IN HOME DEPOT NOW TRYING TO SEE HOW TO FIX BRAND NEW FURNITURE. THIS PROCESS WAS LIKE BUYING STOLEN FURNITURE.. NO MANUFACTURER WARRANTY..AS IS FOR $700. SMH. June 5th...picture of couch on floor. NOTHING IS HOLDING TO THE FRAME...THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. What its supposed to look like vs. What I have...
Read moreLooking online I couldn't exactly tell what the quality of the items were and had a few questions so I ended up going to Price Busters on Franklin St. When I got there I met Chrissy. I told her I have no idea what I want and I asked her to show me some options. She was very informative, polite, and patient. She made me feel comfortable and not rushed. I ended up leaving with plenty of ideas, there were a lot of options and the store was closing soon, she said I could stay until the store closed, but I assured her I would be returning. I didn't want to waste anyone's time knowing I wasn't completely sure. I told her that I would return the next morning and Chrissy told me she would be there. The next day came and I had figured out the main items, but still needed help from Chrissy for some other pieces. She was very helpful and never seemed irritated that I was so indecisive. After I made my purchase, I got home and realized I had another question. I called and spoke with Chrissy and she was still very pleasant. I am definitely recommending people go to Price Busters on Franklin St and ask for Chrissy, call first, make sure she's there! I will be returning, as well. Thanks...
Read moreWe recently purchased a bedroom set from Price Busters on Franklin Street and my experience has been nothing short of upsetting. The sales rep, Jason, assured me that if there were any issues, he would either send a replacement set or refund my money. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any follow-up, and my concerns remain unaddressed.
Upon delivery, I was appalled to find that the dresser drawers wouldnât close properly, and worse, there was mold on the bedframe. It's incredible how this could have passed a quality check. The delivery guy seemed unconcerned; he acknowledged the issues but acted as if it was no big deal.
We aren't so desperate for furniture that we would risk our health for a cheap deal. I expected better from a company like Price Busters. I hope they take this seriously and resolve the situation soon; otherwise, I will be sharing my experience widely. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your furniture needs! And also to the delivery workers! Learn to have class when delivering furniture- we appreciate good service by TIPPING! They didnât earn anything but...
