I rarely ever, this may be one of the first times actually, that I’ve ever made a bad review, so for one I called and the lady on the other side of the phone was unprofessional rude and snappy,, no greeting no nothing just plain old rude, and then when the driver came I had to go out for it, not even outside the door second of all I ordered a light sauce large cheese pizza, a side of mozzarella sticks, and fries, the pizza came and it was cold, and it was evident it was NOT light sauce, barely any non fresh cheese and extra sauce, a hard crusts, second the mozzarella sticks, probably the worst mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had, how can you even mess mozzarella sticks this bad? They were very very cold, The cheese was completely out, spilled and dried up and stale, and they were burnt dark brown with some black ends, any gram of cheese that can be found had zero flavorful and tasted like it has been out for day, and last the fried the were dry cold not fresh crumbly and sticks to the back of my throat, halve the fries were not even edible, could barely finish even one pizza slice too, because I was starving and it was it was, and then I paid a little over 27 dolrs for this food?!?! Nearly 30 dollars for some pizza and a side, I’d expect better everything overall, complete regret.Neve having again and would recommend u don’t even try if u haven’t, trust there’s many better places, just thought I’d try a new...
Read moreWhere can I start about such a bigoted restaurant? First of all, my delivery time said 15-20 mins, it took about 30-35 mins for my food to arrive. When my food arrived, the Caucasian driver approached my apartment complex with fear in his eyes because African American children (all of whom are under the age of 12) were sitting on the stairs, doing nothing but playing with Barbie dolls and being kids. He refused to get out of his car, making me walk to his car to get the food I asked for on delivery, which last time I checked meant door-to-door service (and the Grubhub staff agreed with my definition of the word). Once I got my food, he forgot to give me my soda which I paid for.
I called the restaurant to complain in which the Asian owner justified the racist actions of the delivery driver. Given that this restaurant is located on the 5100 block of Park Heights, which is a majority black neighborhood (unless you count the Southern belles who come down 1 weekend in May for Preakness) and serves and delivers to the African American community which surrounds the restaurant, I think they either need to get some diversity training or shutter their doors.
Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Valley Pizza again, nor I will encourage any of my friends or neighbors to spend their hard earn money supporting such a...
Read moreWish I could give this place zero stars. Yesterday I called regrading an item on the menu. To start when I called and the guy picked up he didn't once ask me how I was doing not a hi, how are you. Second when I asked about this item on the menu, he said he didn't know anything about the item on the menu. How do you not know about a place you work for. What even makes it worse was he told me to call back in 10 minutes. Unprofessional... why would I gave to call back if I'm calling to place an order. Called back a second time and I told the man to let me speak to someone else. I didn't want to ask him any further questions. Instead of him being professional and just handing someone else the phone. He says " okay fine you don't want to speak to me" as if I offended him. The lady I spoke to then told me they no longer had the item on the menu. I won't be calling this place back. The customer service is horrible and I don't like the way they treat black people. You guys want our money, you come into our neighborhoods but can't speak to anyone with a professional tone. I bet if you guys were serving county folks. You wouldn't have this type of attitude. Not to mention if you come to our houses. We have to come outside. Not really worth it...
