Pimlico Chinese Carry Out — Restaurant in Baltimore

I’m not the type person who reviews food often but I’d like to share my thoughts about here. I had some late night cravings. Considering that I am someone who is very new to the area, this place has left me with one of the best impressions I’ve ever experienced. The sweet lady in the front desk was helpful enough to recommend some popular entrees for me, providing excellent service. She even customized my order since I'm very cautious about my health. I’m a quantity over quality type of guy, and I will say they did not skimp on any of the entrees I ordered (ESPECIALLY THE MEAT) and the best part was the quality was just as immaculate as the quantity itself. I could really take my time and enjoy some excellent quality food without feeling like I regretted what I ate the rest of the night. You can really taste the love in each of their entrees. If you’re looking to get full they will not disappoint and there will definitely be leftovers for the next few days. They have so much variety in their menu and I’m looking forward to trying more...

Just order an order of the general tso Chicken not only did the price differentiate from online and inside the establishment but I asked for an order no spice no broc white rice and got something completely different it taste more like soy and chicken mixed it doesn't have that sweet tang flavor it's taste literally like sou on chicken I'm so tempted to return but I would have to drive back far but this is unacceptable I paid 14$ despite it saying 10 online to be given something other than the order I placed either there listening sucks or they came up with a very different version of general tso but I'm not satisfied and just off of friendliness quality customer service and cleanliness I would have to give them -2 stars is horrible wasn't pleasant at any point wether I was placing the order or picking it up just horrible customer service on top of the food being poorly preapared and the serving size of the white rice was just enough for an active toddler! I don't recommend this place 1st and last...

If I could give no stars I would .... food looked horrible I went here about two nights ago the beef yae gah meh noodles look like thick white shoe laces didn’t even look like natural noodles completely convinced there were some type Anabolic steroids fake food any way they were covered in the smallest amount of Sauce/ Garvey which only was at the top of the container when I asked the guy why all these noodles and a tiny bit of sauce he said eeeeh you’ll be ok 🤭🙄 horrible customer service .... long story short I had to get a lil roudy with them to obtain my money refund for my entire order.... mind u I never touched the food just looked in the bag they were giving me an extreme hard time abound my refund....ended up goin to the Jamaican spot in the corner now that’s we’re yaw...
