Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Banning

Horrible customer service. Would never order from them again. We ordered food for seven children while their mother was in the hospital in labor. When the pizzas arrived at the door, the children were asked for the ID of the person who ordered the food. We were not at the location and could not show our ID. They took the pizzas back and the manager we spoke to told us that it was too bad and that it was just policy and there's nothing he could do. We asked him what they were going to do with the pizzas and he said even if they were to throw them away, it was against policy. We offered to take a picture of ourselves and our ID and send it to the kids and he just laughed and said no. They charged our credit card and when I asked for a refund, he said we would get a refund in 3 to 4 business days. If I could give these guys no stars I would. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order I was basically ignored for almost 5 minutes even after saying hello loudly enough for people to hear me. There were two employees behind the counter cleaning up some equipment who didn't acknowledge my presence or even greet me to tell me someone would be with me in a moment. A delivery driver walked in about minute after I did and he was greeted so I know they saw me walk in. Delivery driver said nothing to me and walked straight to the back. It wasn't until I shouted that one of the employees cleaning finally looked up and came over along with someone from the back. I'm not sure what kind of customer service that is but it won't be an experience that I will be repeating ever again. I may be one customer and if they can do it to me they can do it to anyone. Worst customer service ever by the Manager Ryan! My husband and I placed a large order and asked for it to be delivered, 15-20 minutes after placing the order we were called back by Ryan and told they dont deliver to our local address for the last 6 months and we advised him we just had delivery a couple months ago, they he proceeded to tell me hes had 500 fake orders in the last month (which we already paid for the order with our credit card), Ryan was rude, disrespectful and blamed his new employee for the mistake and when I told him he was rude he hung up on me. Upon calling back he said he hung up because we cursed at him so I told him he needed to learn the english language and learn what cursing was! Guess what, he hung up on us again!
