Greek food — Restaurant in Bargersville

Decent food, but horrendously bad service. I ordered the Gyro platter and my wife ordered the Philly Cheese steak wrap. Both were pretty good. The Gyro did not include onions, and barely enough taziki sauce for one of the two pitas. Our waiter smelled strongly of cigarettes and wore a stained and dirty white t-shirt. He never checked on us after delivering the food. We waited 30 minutes after finishing to get the check. I then waited at the register for 15 minutes to pay. Our waiter then tried to charge us for 4 entrees when we only had two. Drinks are served in a can….no fountain drinks. The restaurant looked like it was decorated by a toddler. One coat of ugly yellow paint covered the walls. Extension cords hung on the walls and celings powering the tvs and the large ceiling fan. Pretty rough place. Service was slow and forgot part of our food. Two people working, had four tables. Just seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing.

Food was not bad but not good. Had very little tzatziki sauce, said we could ask for more, but why? Service was slow didn’t bother. Greek salad had two types of olives, either were Greek. One was a normal black olive and the other looked like a cocktail olive. Never saw anything like it at a Greek restaurant. Something was wrong with my pita, couldn’t tell. Was warmed but maybe not all the way or just sat too long?

I hope this place gets it together and ends up being successful as we would live a good Greek restaurant on the south side again. Going to be hard to go back though. Had 4.6 stars when I wrote this, no idea how that...

The chicken quesadilla was big but extremely greasy. I would not recommend it. The fries are a 10. The side salad was too salt forward and uncomfortable to eat. It had canned jap, olives, feta, etc . It just needed more balance. The service was not great. She didn’t take our trash or check on us after receiving our food. I had to go to the counter to ask for a box because she was watching a movie on her phone. I also asked what kind of oil they used and she said she didn’t know.
