We always go to 99 in Yarmouth every saturday in which as always customer service is superb.
But this time, we decided to try the 99 at CENTERVILLE. So me and my husband were expecting the same treatment and same kind of customer service. However, 99 in Centerville is definitely NO GOOD.
This is the story. We sat in the Bar and right away check the menu and after that, we were hoping that one of the waitress/waiter at the bar would entertain us right away since customers seating at the bar are only few. But.... We waited too long for the waiter or waitress to ask us if we are ready to order and We waited patiently. We saw that they entertain some of the customer that came after us and even took their order right away. One waiter named MIKE who is not busy does not bother to ask us if we are ready to order and just entertain first those women that came after us. It is very impossible that they did not noticed us because we are sitting in the bar, in front of them. After waiting and waiting, at last they took our order.
After finishing our food, of course we didn't get up right away and decided to enjoy the football game and drink the remaining drinks we have. However we could sense that the waitress and waiter mike wanted to kick us out or wanted to us to get up/out right away so that other customer could sit. I was wondering why the treatment is cold and awful. As a customer we have the rights to just sit for awhile after finishing the food. Enjoy watching the football while finishing the drinks. (note: their are other customers who also finished their food and drinks. Was just sitting and was watching football but they did not bother them at all)
99 in Centerville is definitely awful. If your not treated well in a restaurant that you are at, then the food you are eating would taste awful, like their awful customer service. If you are reading this? And you are visitor, looking for somewhere to eat. I advice you not to go to this 99 in Centerville at all.
Me and my husband will stick to 99 in Yarmouth. 99 in Yarmouth will treat you with respect even if you are a regular customer or not. Their food is also awesome. Waitress at the bar is very nice and will treat you...

The past SIX times we have placed Togo orders We either get something completely different, something missing, or the order being plain messed up. One of the very last times we went we had called and complained to the manager and we were told we would be comped for our entire meal, unfortunately that never even happened. We haven’t ordered from them in months hoping that maybe this new manager would get the staff in order and have a less chaotic to go order system. Well unfortunately we tried again tonight. I am disappointed to say that when I got home out of the four meals I had ordered only three were there. When I called the woman who answered laughed it off And said oh your order is here let me get the manager. The manager comped for the one meal which I appreciate, however, upon getting home I realize that the food I ordered was much smaller than the picture they show on their website. Nothing major but made us a little uncomfortable and definitely affected the tip I intended on leaving. Our server cashed us out on a handheld Toast device, which I have never seen at this location before but may be the new standard. We were not handed the device to see our bill or any of the items on it which was weird but again not that big of a deal. However, the server held the device while I chose a tip option from the pre-calculated (on the total post-tax) 22%/20%/18% options. While I was intending on leaving a lower tip due to the discomfort with our server at of the end of our meal, I was just looking to get out of there and felt uncomfortable typing in a lower custom tip while she held the device and watched me leave the tip and sign.
