Disappointing. I could’ve bought an entire gallon of ice cream for what a medium cone cost. Sadly, this squished together cone didn’t make it till the end of the road before i was wearing it! The Krunch Kote dip was definitely scraped from the bottom of the barrel; there weren’t any nice pieces on it like I’m used to it was crumbly crumbs, the ice cream was not set so it was droopy and the cone was very stale. I have never given a poor review and I’ve been doing Google reviews for a few years now. I usually am pretty excited about the places that I have visited. Had 3 of my grandkids and wanted to treat them and DQ us running the spend $1 get free small shake if u purchase online using their app. Thought I'd take advantage since they are expensive. Tried to get help from young man at counter to figure out how to maneuver in app. He acted like he knew nothing about how it worked. In fact, he was rude in that he said, they are not going to give you a free small milk shake over and over. When I finally figured it out, I had issue w trying to apply a gift card. Ended up deleting an item from online order so I could use gift card. Had to order that item at window. They were not busy...

Arriving at the drive thru, they were busy, and we assumed good service. After sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes, no one had responded. We decided to park and go to the walk-up window. My wife was ignored for several minutes by staff before she had to flag someone down that we had a mobile order. The lady who responded was rude to her. This location was busy with only two staff members who were visible. It's okay to be busy but not rude to the people you serve.
