McDonald's — Restaurant in Bartonville

You will really dislike the Bartonville McDonald's so much, because we just quit eating there, because they put bad ingredients in their food and also my Speech teacher told me at school that McDonald's puts 19 ingredients in their fries, but they are only suppose to put in 3 ingredients in their fries. They also put a lot of bad ingredients in their Chicken Nuggets. They got unhealthy Chicken Nuggets. Everytime I went there, I always tell them no cheese on my hamburger, and 60% of the time that they put cheese on my hamburger that I asked them not to. I get upset when they mess up my order by putting cheese on it that they are not suppose to. I don't like their cheese. I think it looks disgusting, when they put cheese on my hamburger. One time, me and my brother asked them for lego racer lego sets, but they give us girl toys, because they thought that we are girls, but we were boys. One time, my mom asked them to honey on her pancakes, but they didn't do it. Mom was so mad at McDonald's. They always mess up are orders. Every time this McDonald's is busy, they always mess up our orders. A lot of times when my brother asks for no pickles with his meal, they always give him pickles all of the time, everytime he asks them for no pickles. Everytime Once in a while, when I eat McDonald's food, it makes me throw up, and get stomach aches. I also read some bad reviews about this McDonald's. The problem is that this McDonald's doesn't listen to their customers what they are told to do. This McDonald's is the worst restaurant in history. People who are working at the McDonald's weren't very nice to us. No one better not eat there again, and when people show up, please tell them that you are not welcome to this McDonald's permanently, and stay away from this place. had read so many negative reviews of this McDonalds online, but I figured maybe people had just forgotten it was fast food and not luxury dining. Wrong!! I took my kids and husband here tonight for a change of play place, and drove all the way from out of town. We walked in and there was NO OTHER CUSTOMERS. how bizarre for 7:30 pm. There also was no one at the counter. For having not one customer I would have expected some faster service, but they took forever. As i walked through the lobby i was disgusted by all of the garbage everywhere. There were exploded ketchup packet in the middle of the floor, napkins everywhere, empty milk containers, fries thrown all over. And the most shocking part was that they had a full staff and no customers! So we we continued into the play place (which is literally a few foam shapes to sit on) and got all of our food passed out, unwrapped everything, got ketchups, and were ready to take a bite when an employee walked in. It was 7:45 and she told us that they wanted to close the playroom at 8pm and she wanted to start cleaning so could we leave. I asked if we could at least finish our meal please, and she said nope, she wanted us to pick all of our food up and move out of play place. I told her that we didn't mind if she cleaned around us, and we did still have 15 minutes until it was to close. No. She wouldn't budge. We had to get out. She then watched us awkwardly as I put each chicken nugget back in the box and wrapped up our burgers. The kids, who are bother preschool age were obviously upset and confused. I wish I could give this review 0 stars! Customer service was horrible! I pulled up to the drive thru and waited 5+ minutes for the car in front of me to complete their order, when I drove up to place my order the girl taking the order asked me to wait, I politely agreed. I waited 8 minutes and no one ever came back to take my order. Meanwhile 2 other customers use the second drive thru and pull ahead. I finally said ‘hello’ so they knew I was still waiting, the same girl came back to the window and very rudely said “I’m doing something in the front’ she never apologized and still did not take my order. I asked to talk to a manager after that incident…I pulled out of the drive thru and went inside where I waited AGAIN for the manager. When I told the manager about my drive thru experience all he said was “ok.” I asked for the name of the person who was working the drive thru so I could write an email to corporate and he refused. However he did tell me his name. The managers name is Marcus. Marcus was not dressed like a manager, shirt untucked, dirty clothes, and no one was wearing name tags or uniforms. Never once did Marcus try to make things right, in fact when I walked away he stated “thanks for letting me handle things on my own.” Marcus did not handle anything! If anything he made the situation worse. Managers are supposed to be presentable, and be willing to correct issues. None of that happened! So I wasted 20+ minutes of my family time and never once did anyone offer to take my order! I will not be going back to that location!!! So do yourself a favor and go to other location if you...
