Initially I intended to blast this Mcdonalds, but they do have a few really good workers. Unfortunately for me lately the service has been horrible. I went about two weeks ago. I ordered on the app only be informed they did not have biscuits when I arrived and was advised I could take what they had or nothing. I took what they had. When I got my drink no ice. They advised out of ice. I shook this off as a bad day for them. I went back on 10/27/24 for lunch. Ordered on the in store app. They brought my order again no ice in the drinks, and advised me the ice cream machine was broken. I asked for a refund and was told to get in line. I got in line which only consisted of one customer waiting for his food. The same customer was waiting when i came in. An employee came, and I advised her to check on the other customer first, because I knew how long he had been waiting. The employee quite rudely responded "are you gonna let me do my job". I advised yes, just thought he needed to be seen first. She responded again with the same response. She then got his order and walked over to her manager and told her she was not going to serve me. I heard her manager tell her she would, but she did not. The manager eventually came and refunded my money. The staff was cursing in the back ground and totally just a terrible visit. The manager later came out and asked if we wanted to do an online survey for a free sandwich. We declined. I asked the manager for a number to complain and she refused to give it to me. Read morePulled into drive thru behind one car about 10:20 p.m. on a Thursday night. Only one car ahead of me, no one in front of them. No cars behind me. Placed order at 10:29 p.m. after I had waited behind the car in front of me to place theirs for what seemed like forever. They pulled up and had to open their door because their window wouldn't roll down. Apparently their horn didn't work either or they surely would have honked it to get the employee's attention. Waited behind them for about 5 minutes at the window. Their order was 2 drinks and one very small bag of food. Pulled up to window and paid. About five minutes later, guy comes to window and tells me it's going to be about three minutes, they had to cook an egg for my Egg McMuffin. Okay, so what were they doing for the first 20 minutes after I placed my order? Well, there was still no one behind me in line. My order was 3 McDoubles, 2 small fries, 4 piece nuggets, an Egg McMuffin and a medium hot chocolate. Got home....no fries. Called McDonald's. Let phone ring 98 times... no answer. Hey, but I understand. It's easy to make mistakes when you are busy. Read moreI am not the one who would spend time doing surveys for free food .But when a complaint needs to be expressed i do it,because i am in the food industry and i am 100% Greeting the customer when they walk in and my cashiers display courtesy..Well when me and my Dad walked into the Bastrop louisiana Mcdonalds we were not greeted just stared at.Then when i walked up to the cashier she would not open her mouth so as i was giving her my order the other lady who was getting our order together was talking real loud and singing and her voice was very rude and loud and she noticed me looking at her with the expression "Hey i am a customer trying to pay for my order and you are singing and speaking with a very rude and loud tone"..So when the cashier handed my order to me i ask for my receipt and she didnt want to make a effort to grab it and give it to me and tried giving me someones else's receipt..So my wish for that Mc Donalds Restaurant in Bastrop Louisiana would give a refresher course on Customer Satisfaction and Proper Manners also it would not hurt for the management team to go over the whole handbook on how to work at Mc Donalds and have a successful customer friendly atmosphere..My motto is treat the customers like you would want to...
