As I just got to town later in the evening, I was looking for something to eat close to the hotel. I googled restaurants close to me and found a few but several were closed as it was Sunday. I venture down to Dora‘s and I found it a low-key environment, which is great cause I just had shorts and a T-shirt on, but it seems like there’s a lot of locals to come in here to dine it. Sort of remind me of a college restaurant environment with Japanese decor. Let us need a good or bad I enjoyed the combo, beef and chicken hibachi a order of spicy tuna, raw and seaweed salad. I was impressed with the quality. It was pretty good. The steak was a little chewy. I should’ve ordered the fillet which was an option. It was still good to eat. The vegetables were very tasty and I enjoyed the whole experience very much. I would recommend anybody looking for a good meal cost-effective and it was abundant so no issues there. I would consider going hereif you like Japanese style food. Again, very relaxed atmosphere. I believe a lot of locals visit this site and the...

Drive-through mediocre Japanese without the window: generic, average-tasting, “sampling size” quantities served pre-paid in a cafeteria-style, DIY atmosphere. Grab your canned beverage from the fridge before seating. Summary: Not recommended.

And the problem with plasticware/styrofoam is making the overpriced food “fit” — so you might get 2-3 oz low-quality beef and 2-3 oz of, in my case, bitter SCORCHED scallops that never should’ve left the kitchen. (And LOTS of rice. $16) But who wants to complain about or negotiate a partial refund pre-paid food? Only a fool would waitstaff here since no one in their right mind tips on services not yet received (or where patrons clear their own table like it’s a Wendy’s). Voting with my feet on this one:...

So today I ordered i shrimp/fillet mignon hibachi, just the thought of the combination had my mouth watering, but to my surprise when ever I sat down to eat my lunch that I had paid for with hard earned money, the shrimp was extremely soggy and inedible, the steak was actually cooked medium (what I had ordered) but it was not filet at all, the meat was so tough that my dog even wanted nothing to do with it, and normally whenever I get food that’s under par from a restaurant, I just look at it as a loss, but the children they had in there taking orders and working the register were just completely unprofessional and extremely rude...

Great food, quick and pleasant customer service! I always order to go but it’s a cute little shop. Even when I move, when I visit this will be a stop as well. ON THE OTHER HAND, the Dora roll is covered in batter which is not stated absolutely anywhere making it seem like a safe gluten free option (like most sushi). BE CAREFUL with what sushi you order. I paid 9 dollars and change so I suppose I will suffer through the repercussions of eating gluten.
