Last several times I have enjoyed your grill side. Food was good and tasted great. Nice and hot and abundant. I always avoid you restaurant area because food was distasteful. Today I experience another disappointing meal at your restaurant. Yes I decided to try your service again with my co-workers. Arriving with a group of 10 people, we were informed it would be a 30 minute wait time for the grill. Your employee suggested we sit in the restaurant area for faster service. After waiting a person did take our drink order, then about 10-15 minutes later she came back to take our food order. The food each person received was COLD, small in size, the chicken was tough and vegetables were hard and cold. The ¼ cup of rice was cold around the edges but a little warm in the middle. What is really going on with you guys? This is my second time sitting on your restaurant side and each time I was highly disappointment. I knew I was taking a chance on being disappointment but I thought maybe it was only me the first time. NOW, I am 100% sure that this is the worst service and food that I have ever experience. Not only was the food despicable, but two of my co-worker had to asked for their change back. We all talked about how bad the service and food was and you guys still want an extra tip? I don’t tip when food and service is horrendous. Also when asked to speak with a manager no one came out. As we were leaving asked again to speak with a manager and this time the person said do not know who the manager is. Pitiful!!!! My husband and I wanted hibachi. We were willing to wait so we wouldn't be the only ones at the table, but they sat us there alone....BORING! There was no "show" from the chef although he was very nice. My first issue was that yumyum sauce is cooked into everything, the protein, veggies and rice. I have NEVER seen that done and I don't appreciate everything on my plate tasting the same, although I do like yumyum on the side. My husband and I had taken a couple of bites and packed the rest to go and the bill was paid with a generous 22% tip. I was still finishing my wine, so we were sitting there. Mind you, we had only taken about 10 minutes to eat. I had half my wine left when a waitress asked us to go sit in the main dining room if we wanted to talk and finish my wine. I have NEVER been asked to leave a table because people were waiting. We were not hanging out killing time or talking, I was just finishing my wine. We actually could have still been eating, so what would they have done then? I was thinking as we were eating that I would come back and try the main dining room, but have changed my mind. Why would I return to a place that does not value their customers. We should have been allowed the few minutes it would have taken to finish what we paid for without having to leave the table. We had 8 adults and a toddler for Mother's Day lunch. We met here as it was a halfway point for our family and mom wanted hibachi today. We all frequently eat Japanese food and I can honestly say this was the worst we have ever had. Our bill was over $200. Everything was overcooked and disgusting. No one was able to eat even half their food. The udon was mushy. The Ramen was tasteless, overcooked, with Walmart brand noodles that had tough flavorless steak, some mystery meat, and slimy vegetables. The steak and chicken hibachi was also overcooked with rubbery vegetables, chewy flavorless steak, and tough to chew chicken. One in our party waited 45 minutes for a small side of fried rice (to accompany a sushi roll) that didn't come until everyone else was done eating and we had to ask for it three times before it was brought out. The sushi was mediocre and not fresh at all. There was an accidental spill of overfilled yum yum sauce bowls and one waitress was extremely rude as we were trying to clean it up. Went so far as to snatch a menu out of my mom's hands. Our primary waitress was strung out and high on meth (if you know the signs you'll completely understand) and couldn't be bothered to assist us when asked or even keep our drinks filled.
