Burger King — Restaurant in Batesville

Went there for lunch today. It was the most disorganized mess I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. I literally waited 30 minutes to get waited on and then another literal 30 minutes to get my food. The girl that was taking the money was handling the food as well with no gloves. Half of the food handlers had gloves the other half did not. I did use the bathroom which was nasty. I had to ask for my cup & my lid and my straw Then had to ask for some sauce to go with the nuggets cause we weren’t ask when we placed our order. One of the workers kept wiping her hands on her pants which was one of the ones with no gloves. There was not one ounce of organization. There was one girl packing the food in the sacks only, As well as cooking the fries and nuggets and maybe something else. The people in front of me did not get their cup or their straw or their lid or their sauce either. The people behind me were just shaking their head in amazement over the disorganization and everyone having to come back up and ask for...

Well , in fact I did go by an purchase a #1a whopper meal at 3:25 p m . after shopping . An after I paid for my meal I pulled up to pay for my meal. After I pulled up I haved to wait to pay because of cars an trucks in front of me . As I sat waiting I turned my head toward the pay window I saw a young man taking money a woman employee walk up and must have said something the young man didn't like because the flip her off. An I wasn't the only person waiting to pay who seen this. But , this isn't the only time I have see bad behavior here from screaming an howling at each others. And a associate helping a person on a computer that wasn't working correctly. An than crucial at them after ward. An they could see me sating at the window waiting for my recipe. Someone needs to speak to their employees about the way they conduct an action on the job. No one likes to see...

I stopped in at the Burger King after work tonight to get something to eat. The girl who took my order was absolutely the rudest. Not only was she rude, but she got my order wrong. When I went back around and told the girl at the 2nd window that it was not what I ordered, she said and I quote,"The American Chicken sandwich doesn't come with the 2 for $6 deal." I said, "I didn't ask for a 2 for $6 deal, I asked for an American Chicken sandwich and a Whopper with no tomato." After a few minutes, she came back with the absolute worst tasting Chicken Sandwich I have ever had from there. Then after arriving home, I literally got so sick to my stomach from eating it. I will NEVER eat at the Burger King in Batesville, Ar. again. Those girls that were there tonight, should NOT be in customer service of any kind....
