Hardee’s — Restaurant in Batesville

Staff was rude and disrespectful, order was completely wrong. I ordered inside not through the drive threw and even though I had the recipet the woman that tool my order refused to make it right. This was at 0815. I asked for the manager and even though she was working the drive thew and wearing a regular staff members shirt, she claimed she was the manager, another staff member who over heard me request the manager, said she isn't the manager and the manager hasn't showed up yet, the assistant manager open the restaurant and then went home.

I ordered the most expensive meal on the breakfast menu and was given a Bacon Breakfast platter, I ordered a sandwich style meal that was 7.99 and large drink and hashbrown rounds. Total if 13.49 including tax.

As I was leaving I over heard another customer that came in just as I was leaving the counter say she got the wrong order, I ordered a breakfast platter ans several Biscuit meals and this is just one sandwich meal that I didn't order and I spent $65.00 for my employees meals now where are they, don't make me call customer service again because of I have to do that I am going to contact my attorney, the woman said let me see your receipt, she gave her the receipt and the woman said it would be just a couple mins.

I myself will also be calling customer service and requesting a full refund of $13.49 I was charged...

Went thru drive thru Nobody else was there Placed my order, chicken tender combo. Was given my drink that had drink pouring out of it Couldn't believe she handed it to me like that Could not pull it into my car because of mountain Dew pouring out all over me and the car I had to ask for napkins. I was asked to pull up I guess to get off of their clock even tho nobody else was coming. I hesitated and got an ugly look when I was not moving. My napkins were drenching from the overflowing drink so when they finally brought me my food I asked her if she would throw the wet mess away for me and she reluctantly took the mess and again I got an ugly look as she walked away.
