sigh don’t know where to start, first time having my husband and kids want breakfast for dinner we decided to go to a diner and stead of cooking it for stuffed cheesecake French toast. 1. When they came out the French toast had a garlic spread and my husband was so taken back when he tried it, called the waiter immediately and she did apologize sincerely and stated they have a new chef and that the color and consistency are similar. No biggie understandable still a little woozy from but it was fixed right away. Secondly the “cream cheese” filling had no cream cheese, tastes more like a home made icing when you mix powered sugar with milk. 3. The men’s bathroom is a fall hazard, we only saw elderly at this dinner but both my husband and brother slipped in the bathroom. Lastly, when checking out the owner had no remorse if not anything to say and held his hand out for payment. Husband let them know of our experience and hoped atleast to remove the charge from our bill to make it right with us but didn’t. He only cares about money and not customer service. We can honestly say the pancakes were nice and fluffy so not everything is horrible about this place. Perhaps breakfast for dinner is not...

Went for late dinner around 7:30. food was OK nothing great. But halfway through dinner, An employee started sweeping the large carpet mat which was about 4 feet away from the front door entrance, We were seated at the first booth. And she's sweeping all this dust dirt hair food whatever is in that carpet towards our table while we're eating our food. I got so grossed out because God knows what's floating through the air as she's sweeping this carpet with a broom, I couldn't eat my food any longer. Mentioned it to the waitress who then told the manager and he came over to ask how everything was, explained what was going on and he offered me a dessert or new spaghetti which was 1/3 of my dinner plate Which I refused because I was no longer interested in eating any food from this place. And then the waitress came over and handed me a bill (We had separate checks). I couldn't believe that manager did not remove the charges for my food. I would not recommend going to this location to ingest anything that they make there if this is how they are with cleanliness...

My husband and I have been ordering the same things here for years and the past 3 times we noticed the quality has drastically gone downhill each time. The Seafood Alfredo used to come with whole pieces of scallops, shrimp & crabmeat but now they only put in shrimp and supposedly finely chopped up pieces of scallops that I could not see or taste. When I called all they did was apologize and that's it. The crab cakes used to be delicious and made with lots of crab meat, now we can't even tell if there's crab in them. The side salads that came with the meals were the only things we enjoyed. They were fresh and crisp. When you order togo they now put everything in cardboard containers which is better for the environment but they put less food in them. Prices are the same but the food is definitely made cheaper now. There has also been something wrong or missing from our last 3 orders. It's a shame because we loved their food and raved to our friends about it but unfortunately we are no longer happy with the quality of the food & have to find a new...
