Villa Grande Pizzeria Restaurant — Restaurant in Bath

I come here so often since I live walking distance! Overall, their pizza is good and it's been getting a lot of hype on Facebook. The vibes inside are great and it's BYOB. I probably order take out here 3-5 times a month. BUT - I had their mike hot honey pizza once and I loved it so much I swear I would eat it every day. I've now ordered it 3 different times and each time it's been different. The first time I ordered it (first pic) it was perfect and had the small cupped pepperoni which really just added to it & almost caught the hot honey sauce in every bite. Next time I ordered it, it was the big pepperoni pieces which changed the overall taste for me (second pic)... I tried a third time (because again I loved the first one so much I thought I'd try again) and now the pizza was square, looked almost like a vodka sauce was on it as well since the taste was off but had the small cups again (third pic). I'm not sure what the actual pizza is supposed to be since I've gotten it 3 different ways now. If it could always be like it was the first time - I would suggest everyone get that! But there doesn't seem to be consistency.

Also, there's been at least two other times where I ordered a topping (and paid for it) but then got home and realized there was no topping. I called to let them know and was offered nothing. Both times were close to closing time so idk what I would expect but some type of apology, refund for the topping, would have been nice.

Overall - good vibes and pizza but I should try something new on the menu! Also, I love their fries (sorry no pic of those) and would suggest...

As a newcomer to Nazareth, I was searching for a good pizza place that does not serve canned mushrooms. And I found it! Villa grande, serves fresh mushrooms, and takes pride in their dishes. Absolutely my go to even though parking is a little bit challenging as it is in downtown center. Love to eat my fav- pepperoni mushroom pizza 🍕 Just note that when you come to this place for the first time, there’s a parking plaza right across the street from the establishment if you’re picking up. The pizza was incredible so I can’t wait to try different recipes as they have a variety of sample pizza slices in their curio display right at the counter! Enjoy! ☺️

Update: I didn’t want to express this in my initial review, but since I ordered here three times now I am pretty much done with this place. They have great pizza. They have a great recipe but the problem with their pizza is that they do not distribute the ingredients/toppings evenly. all of my pizzas have been assembled with three pepperoni stacked on top of each other when it should’ve been evenly distributed throughout the pizza. I have to distribute my toppings properly before I even eat the pizza and that is just messy and uncalled for. They like to stack up everything in the middle-radius of the pizza and it just does not make for a great experience when...

Love the food. It's why I keep going there. Broke my tooth on a chicken cheese steak I got from there yesterday that came cold.. Idk how or why there were bones in my chicken cheese steak which messed with my head a bit but whatever. I hate that I like this places food because they have very little care for their loyal customers and don't really care much about making sure the order is done 100% correctly. They do have a meh attitude here and truly don't really care much about professionalism. Again. I still eat here knowing I'm going to get my food cold or something is always going to be wrong with my order.. which really annoys me but its the only decent pizza spot in town that delivers. I stopped going here for a year because of the issues I have with this place quite literally every single time I order food (iam not exaggerating) and I just started eating here again about a month ago and get food atleast 3x a week. They're working on me going another year without ordering here because it's literally small but important things they just ignore and it seems because they do so much business one customer loyal or not doesn't really matter one way or the other to them. it's crazy....
