My recent dining experience at Brew-Bacher's Grill on Drusilla Lane in Baton Rouge was nothing short of exceptional, meriting my highest recommendation. Visiting with a sizable group of six adults and one child, we were immediately struck by the welcoming atmosphere that greeted us upon entry. This is truly sad to write. They just don't have the wherewithal to handle what they have.

First, the first point of contact is a severe weakness. She couldn't hear and it looked like she didn't want to be there. If there is a long line of people (well over a dozen orders), don't say it'll be ten minutes. Most people can adult, and they would rather than a repeated incorrect guess.

Second, the grill has a finite capacity. The three working that corner so a great job with what they have, which is finite. I think they're better served with less tables.

Third, what's with the gigantic holes? Birds live in the restaurant. I'm surprised it's not a health code violation.

I'd love to come back and change my score when any of these...

Update: wow! Ordered same as I always get. Today it was $22.00 for a sandwich that had burnt bacon pieces and cheese/jalapeño’s (about 5) added to fries. The price is better at other locations. Sorry, Drusilla isn’t getting any more business from me, check prices before you go out of your way

Best brew bachers location! Been going to this location since the 90's and it's NEVER disappointed! They don't skimp on portions and picking up to take home, the order is always right! I will drive a bit further to go to this one and pass up the others. Keep doing what...
