RUDE service. I've worked in the customer service industry (and even been a barista) and this is the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a grande latte with an extra shot to be made with SOY milk. I saw that it was made with skim and asked about it. I was then argued with by one of the baristas, claiming i ordered skim. Whether i said "soy" or "skim", that's no excuse to argue with me. Anyone in the customer service industry knows you apologize and remake it, whether you were wrong or right.
