Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

Eating lunch with my two friends, walking in, did not get greeted, was rushed to give my card, and didn’t get to finish ordering before he swiped my card. I was told to wait on my 8 pc chicken nugget and my friends chicken sandwhich and everyone else was getting their food right away. They dont say “ my pleasure” and the wrapping was horrid. grease was all over my box. also, my fries were all over my bag. over all, never eating at this chick fil a again. sad...

I mean, it’s OK. Service isn’t over the top. A couple friendly employees and then some employees that barely will say a word to you the whole time you are ordering. Sandwiches are good, fries can be kind of hit or miss. Sometimes they are hot, sometimes they are lukewarm. Overall, I think it’s fine to go use some PawPoints here but if you are looking for an authentic Chick Fil A experience head to another one off campus. Pay the same for a much...

The worst experience by far. We ordered food 1218, I asked for a refund at 1250. These people do NOT know how to run the place. They take orders on the kiosk but the orders placed at the 1 register came and went before us. Why you have kiosk if you don't have the manpower to give out the food. Completely unorganized, a complete disgrace to the Chick-fil-A brand. On top of this, I missed my tour on campus. ...
