They are very unprofessional, drive thru needs to be spruced up, the worker couldn't hear too well on the speaker parking lot really bumpy, and raggedy. The heavy set lady talks really fast when she's in drive thru while chewing gum, and I found it was not professional at all, they need to put the workers familiar with their system, and that is better entering, correcting orders, those that are customer friendly, not those that don't seem how to only type in a order, stare at you, close the window on you until you're reaching them your hard earned money, instead, a worker that will repeat your order back to you before leaving the speaker, and calling it out as they reach it out, one that asks if everything is correct, instead of having a aggressive demeanor, and says you can't change, edit, or correct a order if she heard one item incorrectly..The parking is ridiculous, parking spots are limited in the front only 2 vehicles can park, wasn't comfortable sitting outside eating due to lurkers on bikes, and walking through the parking lot, keep your doors locked while there, and windows up, I will never buy from this location again, peppers were also old, and flat, Mac and cheese was cold, and very burnt, pass this...
Read moreI've never been to a Church's before. The staff was welcoming and inviting. I didn't know what to order, and they gave recommendations. All of the food was both hot and fresh. After ordering, we sat and waited only a few minutes before they delivered it to the table. They asked us if we were planning on takeout or dining in and offered to bring out trays.
Corporate professional? No. But I am glad that the employees here weren't because it felt more like going to a friend's house than a robotic machine. Their personalities came through, and it felt like the team wanted to be there. It felt like real people, cooking damn good chicken, actually caring about the product they produce.
Absolutely...
Read moreChurches Chicken is most racist restaurant in Baton Rouge! Period! I made a 5 piece order through the drive through and was told it would take 30 minutes to fill as they were out of chicken. I agreed and the guy was puzzled and told me they would be closed by the time it was ready. It was 10:30 and there were people in front and back of me. They were scheduled to close at 11PM and I mentioned didn't have a problem waiting. Anyone on this planet can drop chicken and prepare it way less than 30 minutes. Then suddenly the story changed and the chicken was available. I asked for the manager and the racist prick notified me that he was the manager and that his name was Miss Patterson. Enough was enough. I drove off and spent my money elsewhere. If you are looking for racism then go to this location of...
