Ordered a pizza today on 06/06/21 it was ready at 5:57 picked up at 6:06 on Harding Blvd. Pizza arrived to my residence at 6:45. Called Domino's at 6:50 to complain about my order the manager I'm guessing answered the phone with no customer appreciation in her voice.I told her about the pizza being over cooked dry burnt edges and lacking extra toppings..She immediately became defensive and added these words... if she was a pizza and stayed under the light 15 mins she would be dry too. It takes longer than that for a delivery so what would the outcome have been if it wasn't pickup. Yet it wasnt 15 mins under the light and I have the receipt for proof. Any other business I've ordered from doesn't offer these statements. She then went on to say she would not give me a credit...like I really asked for one but she would remake it ...I agreed on the remake. I arrived for my second pizza she reacted to the pickup by saying to my daughter whom she did not converse with ...I thought you were going to bring the pizza so I could see it which was not discussed in any conversation she and I had she also stated she would not under any circumstances fix another pizza if we needed her too. That was the worst experience I have ever received I stopped ordering from Domino's in 2017. the only reason I had my daughter to do so this time is because of the pizza she usually orders..but after today to say the least this will be my absolute last. Read moreHorrible service. What is the purpose of having a drive through if the workers will continue to pass by the window and look at you and not open the window. I was the only person in line and I sat for over 15 minutes just looking at my order sit there. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking she was the only one working but nope another worker passed by the window. I refused to get down because I intentionally went to the window because I did NOT want to get down. When the worker came to the window she had the WORST attitude ever then had the nerve to keep my change. I am sorry you don't deserve a tip! So of course she was pissed when I asked for my change back and she decides to short change me. I asked for a receipt because I wanted to contact the manager of course she claimed they don't give receipts for cash orders and slammed the window in my face while mumbling something under her breath. I'm sorry that this is your job and you seem to be unhappy but it's a poor reflection of the company when workers treat paying...
Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars, because I would! I ordered on the app and started wondering where my pizza was after a good while. I saw on the app that my order was canceled. I called and they said they weren't delivering [it didn't say that on the app]. They said they tried to call me and I didn't answer, (however; I never received a call) so they canceled my order, but charged my card. I'm beyond appalled. They did let me know after I called them they could make the pizzas, charge my card(again) and I could pick it up. Thanks but no thanks. I will never order from this Dominoes again. I've never experienced such business from any Dominoes I've ordered from, but this left a bad taste in my mouth. After discussing it with the hotel host, she informed me she never orders from there, because it's always some kind of problem when you try. It makes me think the good reviews on here are friends of the workers, because the experience I had was absolutely horrible like a lot of the other ones on...
