Used to be my favorite pizza joints since "handmade pan pizza" was introduced. However, that is no longer the case. I can't speak about other locations, but this one is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Give people what they are paying for & stop trying to jack customers. On top of that if you do not like your job QUIT! Let someone else who wants a job or the position have it. I haven't ordered from Domino's in a while b/c of an issue w/ a past order and didn't wanna have to deal w/ any future inconveniences. However, that particular situation was rectified immediately & management was very courteous, polite & respectful during that time & possessed excellent customer service skills.
After attempting to order from this location last night, I'm finally done! Not only was my order not prepared accurately, but speaking with the manager on duty (Charles) only made a bad situation WORSE. On top of that, he was the one who actually prepared my order. If you're already a busy parent as is you don't have time for unnecessary issues when it's time to feed your kids.
The only pizza I have been ordering from domino's is handmade since it's been out. The description clearly states that it has a double layer of cheese. If I can see straight through the pizza to the dough, then apparently there is NO double layer. If this is something that is your "usual" order, then you will definitely know that it is inaccurate. On top of that, I had special instructions for my order & they were not accurate as well. I contacted the store requesting to speak w/ management regarding the issue. The guy answering (Charles) stated that he was management. I began to explain my issue & he cut me off very abruptly without hearing the full complaint. He went on to tell me that he could remake it, but it was gonna be the same way "no change". After finally explaining to him the other issues I had with the inaccuracy of my order, there still was no resolution other than "that's how it's supposed to be, you can bring it back, but a remake will still be the same". If this is how it is supposed to be, then Domino's needs to retract their current description of how a handmade pizza should be as opposed to misleading customers. At this time I requested a refund & advised I would be back shortly to return the order. He never once displayed any level of concern via phone or in person & was extremely rude! He didn't even apologize for the error on the other pizza despite my initial issue regarding this so called double layer of handmade pizza that did not exist.
Prayerfully, they get him from this store soon & very soon. If Domino's would go back to quality as opposed to trying to skimp then they would be much better off. In the mean time, I'll just go right around the corner to Papa John's or drive a little further to Pizza Hut.
Save yourself the trouble & inconvenience & don't waste your time.
