I recently changed jobs (60 days ago) and am located by the Jefferson Highway location. While everyone is nice and attentive to the customers i have to say that the failure rate on getting my order correct is 42% (5 of 12 orders incorrect) . I get the same order every time i go to the location and its beyond frustrating to continually get a failure on my order. Today even on my receipt it clearly says no lettuce and when i unwrapped it had it on it. Now beyond the failure rate that i think anyone would agree is unacceptable the service recovery is nonexistent at best. Read moreBy far the most inconsistent and mistake-prone Jimmy John’s location I’ve been to in almost 20 states. I have lived here a year and have had no less than four mistakes to single sandwich orders. The mistakes may be as simple as forgetting to add or remove something, or to cut the sandwich in half. I don’t know what the problem with this franchised location, but there is one.

Read moreMy sandwich was delicious. It was very fresh, and flavorful, and made exactly how requested. It was ready when I arrived to pick it up. I also had a whole pickle. I couldn't eat it all, but it was refreshing. The store was solidly clean. No debris. No dirty tables, no sticky spots on the floor or in front of the soda fountain... spotless.
