Placed my order through the drive through, when I drove up to the 1st window to pay I should’ve realized it was gonna be a bad experience,, because the person that received my credit card did not greet me nor, did not say anything just extend their hand out to receive my card and it appeared as though they had been crying. The individual swiped my card and as they were returning it back to me I looked at the person and said I don’t know what it is, but I pray that your day gets better. I drove up to the second window to receive my order and it was not accurate. It was not what I ordered . So I drove back around to the drive-through back to the second window and told the employee that I was given the wrong order. She was not happy and went on to tell me that she couldn’t help me. I needed to pull around and they’ll bring out my order. I stated , how are you gonna bring out my order when the first order was incorrect and you don’t even allow me to tell you what I order , you didn’t even ask what I ordered. You just told me to pull around and I said ma’am you don’t even know what my order was and she proceeded to say I don’t have time for this. The timer is running pull around and I said I’m not moving until I speak with someone and tell them what I ordered. so then she was really mad then she went and got the manager and he wasn’t helpfully either nor wasn’t friendly he said, ma’am if you pull around we’ll bring your order to you. I replied How will you bring my order? When you don’t even know what I ordered and you didn’t ask. She didn’t ask ! you all are only concern about your time being stopped and getting a good score. so he ask what was your order then I drive around wait five minutes. The manager brings out my order and says for your inconvenience we gave you a hot apple pie but when I open the bag my order was correct but his nice little jester was not nice. The manager had given me a cold apple pie and it appeared. He had just taken it out of the refrigerator. This was terrible service, andI I will never patronize this location of McDonald’s again. Read moreSo I wanted to change my rating because I had a talk with Ms Jeanie the manager and she was super helpful and did something I didn’t NOT EXPECT which for me fixes a lot not because of what she is doing but because she acknowledged me best manager I’ve ever spoke to at McDonald’s !
Update: so y’all I hate to say it but worst experience ever I called Ms Jeanie to ask if I could go get the food she promised to fix and she said yes when me and my children arrived they told her but she said she was busy so I stood up at the register for 30 mins and no one came just kept looking back at me so I told a worker maam excuse me but what’s going on do you know if Ms Jeanie is coming she said idk 🤷🏽♀️ I tell her so we sat down YALL THAT WOMAN LEFT US SITTING THERE SO LONG THAT MY LITTLE 3 year old WAS BEGGING THE TABLE NEXT TO ME FOR I NUGGET I WAS SO EMBARRASSED I JUST RE BOUGHT WHAT SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO FIX AND WENT ON MY WAY !! Read moreThis McDonald's drive through said they were closed at 9:45 pm April 5, I looked up all the McDonald's online in Baton Rouge and everyone of them said they were open until 11 pm. I could see through the window five employees standing up on the guest dining in side of the counter obviously with nothing to do.
We went across the street and ate at the Jack in the Box. The buttery buns are really good.
I'm always amazed that employees will have the worst attitudes and work ethics when working for a corporat. The trail of apathy most likely leads to a manager who has a poor attitude and work ethic as well.
