McDonald's — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

So I work alot. My main form of transportation is on foot, bike, bus, etc. I do come to this location occasionally to get breakfast in the morning because of convenience. This morning I stopped at other stores on my way and picked up groceries etc and got a 42oz drink from right next door at the circle k. We went inside the McDonald's to set my bags down. My mom is with me through all of this too. The manager comes up and says oh you can't bring the outside cups in. So I ask why. He says oh because we don't want you refilling them and putting them around our fountain area. So I said not a problem this is a full cup so I don't see that necessary. I'll set it down on the table. I always order to go. Then it was I couldn't buy any food and I had to leave with my drink because of Covid. So I got my stuff and said "Your good man". He was very contentious. I honestly was avoiding the BS. Then he pops off and says "I know I am" in this sarcastic smart ass way. First off. I dont appreciate the extreme rudeness and disrespect towards me and my old mom. I work hard and don't steal. I respected you. But if it wasn't for my mother being witness. Good way to get your teeth pushed in with the way you conduct yourself as a manager. Second off. I see yall taking people's money and not one time going to was your hands afterwards before grabbing my food and putting it in a bag. I used to prefer this one to the one on Airline in LaPlace but the last 3 times I've come here, something was wrong or missing or not edible. Today, for instance, instead of telling us they were out of whip cream for the frappe i ordered, I would have ordered something else. When we asked about it, they got loud, upset, and defensive about it. All I'm saying is that all they had to do was say something to us when we were ordering. They're lucky i didnt make them refund it right there. They should discount when they don't have part of something I've ordered. Then, my bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit was hard as a rock! I have issues with my jaw and have trouble biting and chewing so this is really bad for me. I could only eat the insides and not the biscuit. Last, they didnt give us our cup of coffee at all!!! We were already too far away to return for it by rhe time we realized. We are owed a refund of some sort for all that. Missing coffee that was paid for, a biscuit that couldn't be consumed that was paid for, and missing the whip cream on my frappe was also paid for. Then, we can't even submit a survey for a free item with purchase for completing it because the receipt machines ink is almost out. Nor, can we see a phone number to call about these issues either.
