Raising Cane’s on Plank Road is a family favorite for us—my son is a diehard fan and could honestly eat Cane’s every single day! We visit so often that the staff knows us by name—me, my son, and even my mom. That personal connection makes every visit feel warm and welcoming.

The food is always fresh, hot, and crispy—exactly what you’d expect from Cane’s but somehow even better at this location. The consistency here is remarkable, and we’ve never had a disappointing meal.

What really sets this location apart is the stellar staff. I’ve seen some of the employees grow from their first day on the job to seasoned pros, and their customer service has always been top-notch. Whether we swing by after school or, like today, after mass, the experience is always wonderful.

Day before Last I went through the drive through late night I order two three finger combos with five extra toast & two extra fries ! I repeated myself three times & they still forgot my fries ! Later tonight I went & got two box combos with an extra toast. I got one of the orders ! When I told the cashier I had another ordered she asked to see my recent after asking me two times before what drink did I have with it . After seeing the receipt they finally gave me my food but forgot my extra toast . I went inside & asked for the manager she being to explain about a computer which clearly is a excuse . They had about 10 workers in there it's no way you can miss a toast like that with all of the workers ! DO...

Please make sure u count your change!! I visited this place and I went through the drive thru and gave the girl at the window 100 dollar bill, she gave me the wrong amount of change back I realized when I got to the second window. So when I went inside the young lady said she counted her draw twice and said her draw wasn't short but it had to be cause my change was 91.75 and she only gave me 86.75. So she said but it's ok like she gave me my 91.50 but didn't so I asked to see the manager .. the manager had a nasty ATTITUDE...
