EVERYTHING has been HORRIBLE for the last month I have been trying to purchase lemon doughnuts. The first time I visited in the last month I was told by the rude employee in the drive way that there were no lemon doughnuts and she had raspberry available. I told her I didn’t want those. This was afternoon hours between 12 and 2. I asked her if they were making anymore today and she said No. The next visit which was a week later I went back through the drive thru to order lemon and another employee said they didn’t have lemon. So I asked her when is a good time to purchase lemon doughnuts and she said the morning hours because they buy them all during morning hours and they don’t make anymore until the next day. I have never heard of a doughnut shop making doughnuts only once a day and once they sold out they do not make anymore. About a week and a half later I ordered online and I ordered a dozen lemon and a dozen original glaze. I live about 45 minutes from Krispy Kreme so I went to pick up my order and was told I could get another dozen of original since they didn’t have the lemons available which it said they were available online. I told the rude employee that I had encountered on my first visit I mentioned above I wanted a full refund since they didn’t have lemon available. She said the manager would get to issuing my refund later and she would send me an email when the refund was issued. I told her I needed to have it issued now cause I didn’t want to leave and then the refund wasn’t giving like promised and I would have to make another trip to the store to get the refund because they don’t NEVER answer the phone. I have called over 100 times in a day and they never would answer. So she told me to pull in the front and the manager would do it and bring the receipt outside to me. The manager explained that someone put the heater on 85 degrees and the doughnuts melted and they were in the process of making more. My last visit which was on 6/23/25 was another horrible experience with the same rude employee waiting on me. I went inside to purchase a dozen original and a dozen lemon. It was at 9:16 that morning. I came at that time because another employee told me to come during the morning hours to buy the lemon. I asked the rude employee for lemon and she said they were in the corner and had to go through a process before selling them. I asked her what time would they be available for sale. She said 30 minutes. She said she had raspberry available now and I told her I had been coming for the last month trying to buy lemon doughnuts. I told her one of her co workers told me to come in the morning because they sell out quick. She told me that’s why you don’t believe what everybody tell you and I told her obviously I can’t believe you neither since she now telling me the lemon wouldn’t be ready until 1 P. M. about 5 minutes after she had just told me they would be available for sale in 30 minutes. So I asked for a manager. While walking off to get a manger the rude employee hollers “Jesus”. So once she told the manager lies about what time she told me they would be ready the manager came to me and I told her what the rude employee said about it being 30 minutes before I could buy them then she changed and said 1P. M. She starts yelling between me talking to the manager trying to tell the manager that she told me 1 P. M. when I first asked which was a lie. Now mind you she dipping in the conversation while she is ringing up another customer. The manager said they had to cool off then they had to inject the lemon into them but it is a process they have to go through and they had other doughnuts ahead of the lemon that they had to go through with the process. I have sent in a comment to have the manager contact me and no one has ever called me back so hopefully I will get a call back or answer from the manager preferably the higher up professionals with this company and this...
Read moreOn April 16, 2022, my mom placed an order online and paid for an assorted dozen. It was scheduled to be ready for 945p. When I arrived at 952p, the hot sign was on and the drive-thru line was long, so I proceeded to go inside. The side lobby doors were locked but the lobby hours shows they close at 11p.
There was a delivery truck driver outside who said he's pretty sure the lobby was closed. There's a sign by the front door that states online orders come inside for pickup. So I'll go around to the front of the building where the sign is located, and those doors are also locked. I knock on the door and a young lady comes to assist. I tell her I have an order online order that was supposed to be ready for 945p.
She let me in the building and start to get my order together. The manager, who another young lady told me her name was Korsha, was very loud, rude, and unprofessional. While I'm waiting in the lobby, Korsha begins to talk loudly to the young lady who let me in the building, asking "who let me in the inside? The lobby is closed. DO NOT OPEN THAT DOOR AGAIN!!!"
Korsha later then turns to me and ask if can she help me. I told her no, the young lady is getting my order ready. Still with a nasty attitude says, I don't know who you are so what's the name of the order. I responded with my mom's name then asked why my order wasn't ready at 945p. It's now after 10p and I'm still waiting for my order to be fixed.
Korsha replied saying we don't fill the order until the customer gets here. I said but I already paid for my order so why wouldn't you get it ready for the time frame I asked. She responds again we don't prepare orders until the customer gets here because some customers never pick up their order and we can use the donuts the other orders.

She didnt tell me anything and walked off a guy with glasses comes and he said ill start fixing your order sorry for that goes to the back and gets doughnuts that BEEN THERE ! What was the point of me waiting almost 40 minutes?!? Then on top of that the doughnuts were sooo cold and looked old like i waited that long and cant even get some fresh doughnuts customer service is horrible !!!
