Burger King — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

If I could give this place no stars I would. The GM was rude AF to me when I came in. Then after having a nasty attitude and promising not to mess my food up like the last time she did the same thing. I reported her, but was going to go later on today to get it fixed right or get my refund. She told the shift manager on the next shift she didn't want my business, not to remake my food, nor give me a refund because there was nothing wrong with my food. Y'all I literally live barely a mile away from this place. I get home open the wrappers... Brown lettuce on all four sandwiches, soggy tomato and old onion. It's the fact that I didnt even respond to her rude ignorance that really has her mad because I didn't disrespect her or be rude back to her. I actually did well because the old me would've... Nevermind anyways they need to close this burger king down and do a whole rehaul because it's always something or another everytime I go to this particular store. I will never eat here again. This isn't my 1st review of this establishment. But because it's close to my house and my kid wanted to come here i made the foolish choice of coming here. Every time it's something different. The lady handed our food to another customer inside their car because even though they are not busy we are made to leave the drive thru and park to wait for our food. So a stranger had their hands all over my food. We will not return to this Burger King ever! Smh. We try to spend our money in our community but with this treatment I will drive 10 miles before I spend another dime with you people. I mean look at this sad shake. You'll need...

I must say this is the worse location for good customer service and fresh food. I ordered a the ultimate breakfast platter. EVERYTHING! Was bad ! Hash browns rediped very greasy, bacon burnt, egg rubbery, pancakes over heated. Who the hell trains these people for excellent customer service? I know that would not eat this if it was served to them and they paid for it. My fault was not checking it before I left. I got 21 miles away and was extremely disappointed.
