I go to a Sonic at least 3 or more times a week. I go to the Airline Highway Sonic as a last resort. Because the people there obviously donāt like their jobs. I always order on the app and itās usually just a drink. Very seldom do I order any food. Well today I placed an order for 2 drinks on the app. After about 5 minutes the message came on the screen that my order was being delivered. So I sit there for about 10 more minutes. When my drink didnāt arrive I pressed the button. They let it blink for about 40 seconds and then they turned it off. I pressed the button again, same thing. This went on for about 5 minutes. Finally I got out of my car and went to the door and asked for a manager. Someone finally came out and I told her Iād been waiting on my order for about 30 minutes. I didnāt tell her what I ordered or what stall. I told her about them turning the button off and that there were other people trying to place orders and no one was responding to them because I could hear them saying āhelloooooā into the speaker. The āmanagerā goes back in and comes back and asked if I ordered 2 drinks. Since I hadnāt given her any information that tells me she knew there was an order waiting to go out. She gives me the drinks no apologies or anything. She just goes back in. I understand that these people are stretched thin and I try to be patient and less aggravated because Iāve worked customer service before so I know how customers can be and I know this is a trying time for everyone, but if they feel like they arenāt going to be able to handle work that day they should just stay at home. Today was uncalled for and could have been handled a lot better. I would have just been satisfied with an apology, but no one could...

We went here on 1/2/2023 just to get my daughter a slushy and a mini milkshake for my son.. well first off just know that half the machines don't work.. it's skipped.. it's working not working working not working... Get it? Anyway ordered a Dr Pepper slushy for my daughter and the mini milkshake for my son... Took a while to come out but when it did we had a quick question for the young lady which she precedes to tell us that they haven't had the item in stock for a month and she knew nothing about any change... Which not sure how... But as we left my daughter tells us that her slushy wasn't good which is wild because she's a Dr Pepper fan!!! I tasted it it taste like coke and lemonade which crazy enough worked but it wasn't her order.. the thing is this location hasn't always been the best how hard is it to post a sign on the non working ordering machines?... We moved 3 different times.. it's a location closer to us which is why we went but next time I think we will take the extra drive..
So update on this location (4-30-2023) I'm still not understanding what's so hard with putting a sign on the non working machines.... But order 3 milkshakes and a slushy from here.... Yes I know why from here.... Because it's closer it was a hot day just came from exercising just wanted something cold to drink... Well the drinks were actually good, and our service lady had a nice attitude as well... This could be a great location but I really think so improvements/updates could really be very beneficial for...

And I made sure I pinched the corner of the hotdog off to see if it was cooked before I sent it back. They gave me the same hot dog with more chill and cheese on it. I told the young lady this is the same hot dog and she said that she was going to get her manager. She came back with a receipt saying that the manager refunded me back but I didnāt ask for a refund and the young lady told me that the cook in there said he wasnāt making it over. I asked if she could get the manager to come; the manager came and took the footlong back to get remade. And they tried to charge me for the footlong again and I told the young lady Iām not paying for this again when I didnāt ask for a refund in the first place. So I asked for the manager and the manager came out and I was telling asking her why do I have to pay for this again if I didnāt ask for a refund to begin with. She gon tell me thatās just how it is maāam and I was telling her that I just wanted it to be made over not a refund and I said well yall can take this back cause Iām not paying for this again when I didnāt ask for a refund in the first place. Corporate will be called in the morning and Iām reporting them. Also I WILL be going up there to speak with the day manager in the morning to report the night manager because she was so unprofessional about the situation. Iām so upset because I was on my 30min lunch and had to go back to work...
