Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Battle Creek

This Pizza hut is literally the most unorganized restaurant I have ever seentonight I was there because many people in the area are without powerwhen I got there to pick up my pizza there screen said that my pizza will be ready at 7:27 when I got there it was 7:35I asked if it was ready and she said it would be a few more minutesthen she asked me were you this order and showed it to me when I said yes she said oh one of your pizzas got dropped on the floor when it was getting put in the box we need to remake it it'll be another 15 to 20 minutes mind you this is during a pandemic and people are outside waiting in a line to get their ordersno one from the restaurant is coming out to tell people what is readyand since there is a limit to the number of people insidethere are tons of pizzas just sitting on a rack getting cold while people wait outdoors for their orders. There were two people there that had been waiting for over an hour and a half four orders that they had put inonline the manager not only acted like he didn't care but he also didn't want to compensate anyone. Horrible...

I've been ordering here almost every weekend for months and never had any issues. Pizza is always well made and delicious. The last three orders I've gotten have been messed up. The first time, we were missing ham and had green olives instead of black. The second time we had onions on it that we didn't ask for. The third time we asked for 3 toppings on one side, and 3 different toppings on the other. One of the toppings was across the entire pizza, and one from each side was on the wrong side. I understand things get busy, especially with half/half orders it can probably get confusing, but to have three in a row messed up is getting crazy. Thankfully my family loves pizza & will eat almost any toppings (I hate onions on pizza, that one almost ruined it for me but we were back home 25 minutes away before we checked.. Our mistake), and the food is still good quality and tasty, but it would be nice to get what we were actually wanting/ordered...

The food is never perfect Pizza hut food for some reason. There is always something lacking in it's quality. The last few times the dough for the pizza was hard and didn't taste great, I'd assume old and over proofed. The chicken was rubbery and had huge pieces of fat or grissel, though that isn't their fault entirely it is still gross and a waste of money. I never seem to get the extra sauce on my pizza when ordered, instead its the slight red ring around the outside by the crust and no sauce at all in the middle. Skimped toppings is another big one. I'd like to be nicer but I've not had great food from Pizza hut in down at all and this is the best place of all 3 I've been to. I've had to contact corporate for issues in the past and still never has Pizza hut made me favor them them when they are indeed my fsvorite. All food I've ever received was carry out as well.
