Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Battle Creek

Placed my order. Was just given a total without asking if I was done placing the order. Get to the window, and CAROL (old neighbor from years ago who hates me) takes my debit card. When she realized it was me, she handed me my card and food and slammed the window shut in my face and walks away. I forgot to order a couple sauces, but no one was behind the counter to see me still sitting there. After a couple minutes of sitting, I was about to pull away when I saw a male manager walk to the front, so I tapped on the window and explained I wanted to purchase a couple sauces and what had just transpired. He wasn't any nicer, just closed the window, and said something to Carol. She refused to come back to the window to finish my order, so a nicer employee came to the window and helped me. Tyrone was awesome! I had to call back and get the name of the person that gave such gracious service. I was told this guy is the manager. I hope his employees can learn from him what I appreciated tonight. I do not mean that in any bad way as to the employees. My husband ordered 2 Hot N Ready. We are vegetarian and my husband thought they were just cheese pizza. Not so. But Tyrone listened to him, we exchanged pizza's and got bread sticks too. He didn't have to do that. We never expected or asked. I worked retail 20 years ago and customer service was key. I now work in healthcare and customer service is also key. They ALWAYS short the marinara cups. I didn’t leave a review until now because we’ve never asked specifically for more, because we couldn’t through the apps/website. So when I went through the drive through today and asked for 2 full cups of sauce in addition to the pizza and crazy combo, they COMPLETELY disregarded me, even though I politely asked 3 times at the speaker when I was placing my order. We’ve almost never had this issue at the other location - but it was closer to wear I was running errands today - so thought maybe if I ask - WRONG. The only reason we choose LC pizza is because the sauce (for personal reasons regarding a child). I understand cutting corners - but I specifically asked nicely, multiple times. I’m done being nice.
