Debbie, the current general manager store manager of McDonald's on Lapeer and Dort Highway has decided to just because we are regulars and buy coffee there every day and just because they messed up our order there everyday almost every day I'm not going to say everyday because some days they do get it right some days I didn't have never seen a worse run McDonald's in my life the only good manager there for shift and I don't know her name because Debbie make sure that nobody wears name tags so no one can ever make a complaint or anything like that the only reason I know Debbie's name is because of disgruntled employee told me her name and the number to call to try to complain about her unfortunately this man owns 15 McDonald's that's a franchise McDonald's. Most of his McD's run with good sercice but Debbie has told all her Managers the fat white woman w/ glasses that she would be punished for giving me the five McCafe card with disciplinary action. Isn't it the customers right to receive what is owed to them? You buy five coffees and you get a punch you get a free McCafe frappe or a latte or smoothie anything from the McCafe menu well try to get my card back because the mocha frappe was inedible, and all I got was I'm sorry take it or lose it so I had to drink a saw a nasty spoiled mocha frappe all day that they just dumped regular icing and didn't even grind up the ice! Read moreWild to me how we can order something for weeks and weeks consecutively , but then as soon as we try to order it tonight “it has never been on the menu” . Ok, Shirley, Sharon, Sheryl, whatever your name is. Been there five years? Never seen ya once and my husband and I are up there 3-4 times a week. And if you’ve been there five years and don’t know that this item is on the menu, you need to either be trained or fired. But you can’t teach an old dog new tricks I guess. The one young male manager with the glasses is the literal glue holding this CIRCUS together. And tbh, I haven’t seen him in a while. Wouldn’t be surprised if he moved on to better things!!! I can not imagine not taking the time to deliver absolutely outstanding customer service at my job, and we make less than you where I work DOING MORE, you silly selfish little creature. How much does it cost to not be arrogant? How much does it cost to get literally the bare minimum customer service? Zero stars and me and my husband, my future kids, etc, will not shop here ever. If this particular location went bankrupt in five minutes it would not be soon enough. Congrats, you have lost two loyal, long time customers and as many more as my mouth can reach. Approx 1030pm I am the only customer in the drive thru and I order 2 large drinks. 1 coke, 1 ice water, BOTH with a ton of extra ice. I again, very nicely add, I really would like extra ice so the drinks are very cold.
I pull around and proceed to wait nearly 5 minutes watching 4 people stand around in a circle talking, 8 feet from the window. I finally have someone take my money and hand me 2 LG drinks with maybe 1/2 cup of ice between them. I told the employee he and his lazy coworkers could keep the drinks i paid for and drove off. This isn't even the worst story from this POS McDonald's. I have been overcharged several times and the wrong food/orders made me not go there all summer.
I would literally drive the extra 2 miles down Euclid for the other, better McD's breakfast a few times weekly to avoid this POS McDonald's that is 50...
