Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Bay Village

This used to be one of my go-to spots for pizza, but the quality and consistency have drastically declined. I recently had guests over and chose to order from this location—opting for what was once a reliable option over some of the newer (and pricier) places in town. I deeply regret that decision. The pizza was shockingly poor. The sauce barely covered the surface, the pepperoni was unevenly scattered (with entire sections missing), it was cooked inconsistently, and despite requesting it be well-done, it clearly wasn’t. I honestly don’t understand how anyone could serve a pizza that looked and tasted like this. It was unappetizing and embarrassing to serve. I used to work there, and some lady claimed that I said some names to which I deny I would never say anything to anybody, but the ownership believed them and didn’t even ask me to get my side of it. Don’t come here if you want a good meal. The managers suck and they tried to lie and say that the food was delivered to my address when it never showed up and my neighbor called me and they had my food. The delivery receipt showed I put my order in correctly. They said they would refund me but they didn’t. I had to file a dispute!
