My husband and I arrived the restaurant around 3:30 pm. We didn't have to wait in line to be seated. But the area we were assigned was crowded and loud for which we asked to be seated in a less noisy area. At the same time as I was looking around I pointed out a table that I liked better. But the Stuart replied that we are not aloud to choose a table that a supervisor is in charged of that. So we waited for another table. In a short time the stuart came back and escorted us to a table in a corner which I wasn't to pleased but at least less noisy.... Already seated a waitress showed up and presented herself as Eunice as our waitress. She served us nicely and properly. She took our order and even helped us decide which wine to select.... Shortly after she served the wine selected and later on the salad. The ordered food came after finishing the salad. My husband ordered a pasta with shrimps and mushrooms with a marinara sauce and I ordered the lasagna. I have to say that both portions were great and delicious. Neither of us can finished eating them all. At the end we asked for a Tiramisu which was also delicious.... We took the leftover home because they were so good to left them behind. The whole experience was good. Thanks to Eunice and the food served. We ended spending $80 for 2 cups of wine, salad for 2, 2 entrees and 1 dessert. Taxes and tip included. The food was so delicious that we...
Read moreMy family and I went to this Olive Garden and the host had given us an estimate time of 2 hrs to be seated for two adults and one child. Once we double checked with the host. She confirmed yes everyone need to wait 2 hrs. We left to the near by store and not even and hour later we received a text message that said the table was ready. When we called to let olive garden know the host gave a 2 hr minimum wait time frame and not even an hour had past to give us a couple of minutes to make it back to the restaurant, we were informed if we don’t make it in 2 minutes, they will cancel the table reservation. This is the worst customer service experience, when the people working here give you incorrect time frames and make it seem like they don’t care if you eat or not at the restaurant. Managers should review why their employees give exaggerating estimated times and then don’t care if you are not satisfied. This is the last time my family and I will visit this...
Read moreVisited today for my 75th birthday with my family, and it was the biggest disappointment. I ordered a mojito, and the mint was spoiled, literally some black leaves. I returned it, and they charged it anyway. The salad was mostly breadcrumbs and sad looking lettuce. The lasagna was warm, and the pasta was hard, and I don't mean al dente. I could go on and on. I felt sorry for the waitress. She seemed embarrassed. I'm not doing this to be harsh by complaining so much. But because I was in the food industry, and I know that not always does things go as you hoped for but such incompetence can not be ignored. I was going to speak to the manager, but my son, who was paying, said to let it go. So here I am not letting it go so others won't have the same experience. By the way, this occurred in Olive Garden,...
