Waffle's Town — Restaurant in Bayamón

Food: I came to this restaurant with my mom, my experience was great and her experience as she sat next to me was awful. After a long wait, her food arrived first but everything was COLD, when she sent her food back they nuked it in the microwave and when it was returned everything was stale, dry, and rubbery. My food arrived next and everything was nice and warm.

Service: Our waiter was king of clueless, we asked him a few questions while deciding what to order from the menu and he always had to run back to ask the kitchen because he didn't know anything. It took over 20 minutes after receiving our food for us to get the orange juice we had also ordered. The waiter was slow, we had to wait a long time to even pay the bill after we were done.

Conclusion: I'd be willing to give it a second try but I doubt I'll ever be able to convince my mom to...

Absolutely awesome service and waffles! From the moment you enter the restaurant, you are greeted by a very friendly staff. We ordered the Fruitty Waffles and OOoH MY! what a pleasant surprise. They come with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and banana and in huge quantities. The waffles were tasty and soft and simply delicious. We didn't even have to use syrup because they were so good, it was not even necessary. Even the staff that is serving other tables passed by us and always asked if everything was fine or if we needed something. The prices are very affordable and the food was worth every single penny. I ordered the waffle with fruits and Nutella. They forgot the Nutella. After I returned it they smothered it in Nutella. Way to much for my taste, If I had known I would've ordered with very little Nutella. The waffle though was delicious!! Big portions...can be shared. So for the price its good. Service was poor. I had to wait long for each item I chose: coffee, juice and the waffles. But I blame it on short staff. My poor waiter was covering all bases. I beleive he was even rinsing the dishes (I could see this cause I was at the table close to the kitchen). Overall it wasn't an excellent experience but good.
