Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bayonne

Im not one to review a place but after 5 years of the same nonsense I felt it was time to say something. Almost Everyday I come for the same coffee and I swear everyday it tastes different, they don’t pour the espresso fresh they fill up a bunch of shots in a metal cup and then pour it in the drinks as they go which leads to inconsistent drinks (i worked at a different dunkin location for 10 years) they never follow the instructions on tickets I constantly see customers complaining there drinks are wrong or are missing something but god forbid you ask them to fix it you get made to feel like a lowlife by them for asking to fix there mistakes, and the manager is the worse one of them all: one of the nastiest people I’ve ever experienced in my life I could never work for her I would quit in a second, she yells at customers in the drive through and only cares about her do times and not the quality of food and service, by far the worst dunkin location ever and I know its easy to say go somewhere else but theres not many options around here anymore , but any chance I get to go elsewhere i take it trust me , this place needs a complete overhaul of its staff , and I wanna make it clear tho not everyone there is bad theres a few employees that try there hardest to be better but it’s hard when your own manager and coworkers are the way they are , sorry for my rant lol and just so there’s a example i ordered a hot honey sandwich today , the egg was frozen in the middle , the croissant was not toasted, no sauce , bacon...

I advise all residents of Bayonne not to go to this store in North Street Bayonne front of station in 8th St.,Bayonne nj because I saw a lot of insects through the window of the drive-through and the the store is very dirty and despite that the employee on the drive-through is not polity her name, Shereen than she has attitude. I went to this store 5 m ago today at 7/19 /2025 to get my drink. There is a woman working on the drive-Thur doesn’t have any experience customer service and has bad manners. She made the coffee very badly. When I asked her to add more caramel, she took the cup from my hand angrily with the straw in it and touched it with her unclean hand without gloves, and returned it to give me the cup with the same straw and she gave me attitude When I asked to change the straw, she did the same thing again did the same thing again and she gave me the straw angrily.. In the end, the drink was very bad. I asked her to change it is very bad I can’t drink it she said no ( Take it like this or throw it in the trash.” I’m not a change anything and go I want take another customer I said are you serious? She said yes yes 2 times) than I took it and through in garbage Since I was late for work, it was $ 5.95. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I PROMISE ITS NOT WORTH IT!! If I could give ZERO STARS I would!! This place is horrible. Customer service is absolutely bad from the manager to the workers. Today I had a worker talking about me in Spanish thinking I didn't understand it. Because she was upset that I had to correct her and tell her she made the coffee I had just paid over $6 for was wrong. Which boggles my mind all the time in any Dunkin donuts. Because machines do all the work for them. And all their coffee is watered down. They put water in their iced coffee. I have also seen them drop cups on the floor pick them up and instead of throwing the cups out in the garbage.They still made the customers coffee in the cup that just fell on the floor. The manger is a short skinny Indian lady she is soooo rude, if you try to talk to her she gets an attitude with you right away. The girl that does the drive thru most of the time with the blue hair. She's so rude. Instead of saying good morning what can I get for you today.
