Worse experience I've had at a restaurant in years. Onion rings as an appetizer took 30min to get them and they arrived cold, 45min later my 10 Chipotle boneless wings came out they were all so cold and dry the other 10 mango habanero or overcooked to the point that they were dry all so cold and they tasted nothing like mango habanero. I got one cup of tea at the beginning of my meal and 15 minutes later I asked for another cup of tea that I didn't get until the end of my meal. The entire time I was still nice when I asked the manager if I could have a to-go plate when she walked by she brought me one and set it on top of my wings. Now let's talk about the cleanliness of the restaurant which was laughable. Two tables that were in front of us were dirty the entire time from when we walked in until after we left. The floors were wet and sticky from I don't know what and no one was making an attempt to clean them that there was a box fan attempting to blow it dry. The restaurant wasn't even that busy there was a total of 10 people in our side. The older gentleman that was sitting behind us order was messed up so bad that they comped his meal and gave him three coupons for discounts and one extra free meal. The two workers to the right of us only got half of their two-for-one boneless wings and didn't even get the other half when they complained to the manager about it. The couple to the other side of us order was wrong and cold but they ate it anyways and complained about it the entire meal, and last the mother and daughter couple with a baby sitting behind us to the left in a booth decided that they were tired of waiting for their food and got up and left.

And when I want to buy food I am never cheap as a business owner myself I pay for what I want. The way these wings were made is horrible and over spicing my food is very childish on your part. I will be following up with your corporate manager and address this issue. I appreciate the young lady at the bar who helped me and was very respectful. I got to this place at 10:34pm. For me to be told that everything is shut down is ridiculous! This is not how a big business is supposed to be ran , maybe that’s why yall were so empty because of this. However, I’m very unhappy, I spent 67 or 68 dollars and left a 20 dollar tip to the lady at the bar who helped us. To almost spend a 100 dollars and get my meal after 11pm with nobody else inside that place is flat out poor. The videos don’t lie and I will find out who cooked this meal for me and my loved one tonight and if there is nothing done I will pursue this til I see that it is taken care of accordingly. To whoever it is who is in charge of this place, I highly recommend that this be addressed because in the short future you will have many unhappy customers. I am adding a photo of whatever this is supposed to be with uncooked chicken inside. If I would have eaten it and gotten sick you would have some major issues. Read moreI will gladly share my experience. A few months ago I drove up to curbside to pick up a large order of 100 wings for my sons 3rd Birthday party... I parked up on curbside even 10 minutes AFTER the scheduled pick up time for when my food was supposed to be ready (shopped at Dollar General to allow extra time for my food to be ready even after the scheduled pick up time) I parked up and after the waitresses came about 3 or 4 times confused with my order, kept asking what I ordered, etc etc. TWO HOURS after sitting in curbside waiting for my order they had me talk to the manager at the time Derrick. Who was extremely apologetic & when he came to my truck saw that I was in tears on the phone with my husband because he had told me the guests for my sons party had begun to leave already. The manager offered to give me a Brewingz business card for a future order of 100 wings. After I decided to claim the gift card this day, I placed the order online and when I arrived to pick up my order— YOUR STORE decided not to honor it per your “new general managers” request even tho it had Derrick’s signature and no expiration date. Simply because he was now managing a different store off Uvalde. Your customer service is BEYOND POOR, so poor that you decided to keep my order of 100 wings rather than honor a business card with your location who were the ones that ruined my sons 3rd Birthday.
