I can't believe this place has only been open for three days! We stumbled upon this new restaurant and decided to give it a try, and I am so glad we did. From start to finish, the experience was impeccable.
First, the space is brand new, so everything is sparkling clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. It has that "new restaurant" smell and a really cool, inviting atmosphere.
Now, for the important part: the food. For a place that just opened, the quality and freshness of the sushi is astounding. We tried everything from classic salmon and tuna nigiri to elaborate specialty rolls, and it was all fantastic. The fish was buttery and melted in your mouth, the rice was perfectly seasoned, and the presentation on every plate was gorgeous. The menu is also huge, with plenty of hot kitchen items, appetizers, and even desserts included.
What truly blew us away was the service. For a soft opening, the staff was unbelievably polished, attentive, and friendly. Our server was so knowledgeable and kept our drinks filled and our orders coming out quickly without us ever having to ask. The manager even stopped by to check on us, which was a lovely touch.
It’s rare to find an all-you-can-eat spot that gets everything right—quality, variety, service, and ambiance—especially during their first week. This place is clearly run by professionals who care. Do yourself a favor and check it out now before the secret gets out and the waitlists start! We’ve already decided this is our...
Read moreWe decided to attend their soft opening and were pleasantly surprised with how well everything operated. Wait was short and we were quickly shown to our table. Hostess staff were very friendly and informative. Started with miso soup and tuna tartare. The tuna was excellent. Next round was sushi rolls and sashimi. Sashimi was good and good quality and flavor for American sushi. Rolls were really good and had a good selection. We’ve been to other AYCE sushi places where it seemed like there was a “base roll” and they just put different toppings and gave it a new name, but that wasn’t the case here. The rolls were very diverse and delicious. Yakitori menu was a nice, authentic Japanese cuisine surprise. We tried the steak and Octopus and both were on par with Yakitori we had tried on a recent trip to Japan.
Service was good and food came quick.
Overall, a great experience and a really nice job for the whole restaurant team on opening night. We came in with muted expectations and expected growing pains, but food and service were as if they had been operating for a good amount of time. We will definitely...
Read moreI stopped by for the soft opening of this new sushi spot, and it absolutely exceeded expectations. The All You Can Eat (AYCE) lunch was fresh, fast, and full of flavor. Every roll came out beautifully presented—clean cuts, perfectly seasoned rice, and generous portions of fish.
You could tell the chefs took pride in every detail. Service was equally impressive friendly, attentive, and quick to refill drinks or take the next round of orders without ever feeling rushed.
The restaurant itself has a modern, relaxing vibe—spotless, well-lit, and comfortable. For a soft opening, everything ran smoothly. It’s clear this place is going to become a local favorite.
If you love sushi, this is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back for...
