Honestly really do enjoy eating panda. However it just seems like every time we've been coming back to eat here. At this particular location there always seems to be some excuse from the younger employees. For example: one shows up to this establishment. the posting says that they will close at 9:30 Pm. When we arrived we intended eating in the lobby. Also posted a said time the lobby will close. This was closed a lot sooner. So we ended up taking the drive-through. When in the drive-through still at about 8:18ish, we ask for a particular a particular entrƩe. The employee on the headset explained that they no longer were serving that entree and that they were not cooking any more fresh dishes at this time. That they were sorry for the inconvenience. What was weird about this encounter still was asking the employee why?! When they close at 930? No response to the question, just proceeded to order what 'was left.' When we reached the window to pay they completely forgot what one had ordered and did not charge correctly. The food was cold and very bland.
Now today's encounter, 2.22.22. We were able to eat in the lobby early this time lol. The rice was not fully cooked it was soggy. Bland with no flavor. The meat was overcooked (Angus steak) The only real safe thing to eat was the Orange chicken.
Iām a delivery driver. First of all, I never write reviews to places I pick up from and Iāve been doing this as a side gig for a long time. Second, I usually purposely AVOID going to THIS restaurant for deliveries for like the past year. 9/10 times that I arrive at this restaurant to pick up a delivery order, they make me wait 10+ minutes.
On the off chance I do decide to accept a delivery from this restaurant, every time I show up⦠an employee asks me for the name for the order, and each one asks me what the name is again RIGHT after I just spoke the name clear as day in front of their face AFTER they ASKED. Itās careless, and rude! I make a point not to mutter so I donāt have to keep repeating myself lol!
9/10 times that I arrive at this restaurant to pick up a delivery order, they make me wait 10+ minutes: This last time, I marked in my app I had arrived, waited several minutes in my car, and then still had to wait 10 minutes inside for the order. It was not busy, they rung up 3 ppl inside while I waited. They were not short staffed for Monday evening.
STILL, they found some time to laugh hard enough about something, you can practically hear tears of joy falling.
Whenever I have a question, most employees literally avoid looking at me to avoid answering me.
I guess if they all treat it so carelessly, what does that say about the manager?
They might be a joke for all I know!
Deliveries are at the bottom of the barrel to this place, apparently
And if youāre wondering if you read this right, yes, I waited a YEAR for the service to improve before writing a review, and it still sucks - so hereās your reward! A 1-STAR REVIEW! CONGRATS...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWow, a great place. Eager workers behind the tray line; Mostly college and high school students. Very helpful as I wasn't in line and just checking out the menu and how the panda Express system works. Seemed difficult but the workers are very eager to help. Readily explained the different entrees( the meats) and sides(veggies etc). When I was just checking out the menu and giving the entrees a look, I don't know how she did it but as I was scanning all the wonderfully and tantalizing meats she gave me a sample of one of the entrees I was really considering. She must be psychic because I was really scanning and didn't focus on any one entree. She did it 2 more times. Wierd but very helpful. Now for the entrees, you woucould think that under those big and hot lights that the meats would be sticky and mushy. BUT, I chose the orange chicken. AND OMG, it was not only tongue tantalizingly scrumptious; it was crispy as If it came right out the kitchen. FOR REAL my friends. The fried rice was good. Now the chow mein noodles(which I didn't get and regret) must have been extra delicious because as I looked around, customers were practically inhaling them as if it was their last gulp of air and drowning. Well they were drowning... in chow mein noodles. Gotta try them next time. In fact, I think I'll go right back now. Oh, they give Good portions. I picked the bowl which is one side and one entree. And I was full and satisfied! Last but not least, BE SURE and get A OMG eggroll. For real my peeps. ...
