I usually order delivery from the Garth road location but have recently been zoned to this location in the app. I had a horrible experience. I ordered 3 meals and spent $40 and did not receive one of the meals. No big deal I called to sort it out was even going to drive up there to pick the remaining of the order up but I was very disappointed after speaking with Liz! She was completely disrespectful, argumentative and even told me at one point there was nothing she would do because the camera showed 3 bags departing the location. I explained to her we did receive 3 bags 1 Kids meal, 1 bag with the salad & one bag with the fruits for the kids meal. She continued to argue with me until the delivery driver got back and told her the chicken sandwich meal was not delivered. Thankfully he knew what was going on because otherwise I was just a liar!! Unacceptable and have quite frankly NEVER have been treated with such disrespect from any Chick-fila location ever in my life especially a company that prides their self on excellent customer service compared to the competitors! Read moreI was in line to receive my order at 1045am and I had to wait longer than normal. I was told by the person in the drive thur when I placed my order that breakfast was over so I ordered lunch. As I drove up to get my food thts when I had a long wait ppl behind me were receiving their drinks and the line on the right side was getting their food. Not one time did somebody stop to say we will be right with you, your food is taking a moment because we are switching over. The young lady in the black shirts, black hair just kept passing us by. I'm in the passenger seat I had to roll my window down stop her to ask where my food was, and thts when she decided to tell me "oh we're switching over from breakfast to lunch" and she repeated my order to me. I told her it would of been nice for someone to tell us tht instead of walking around us not acknowledging us or hving courtesy of our time. She could only say "oh yea im sorry" and walked off. Read moreI’m not leaving this review for Bobo, because she makes every experience I’ve had at that Chick-fil-A awful. Just today I asked for a large cup of ice and she gave me a small. But the rest of the staff like Jorden are phenomenal and happy great people! Jorden made up for it wholeheartedly. He was a sweetie pie in the drive-through line. He took my order and, gave me sauces. He made sure that I was happy with everything that he had just done, and he has never forgotten to say my pleasure. He is absolutely the epitome of what we expect of a Chick-fil-A worker in terms of customer service. I hope more can be like Jorden we laughed about my name, and he made my day, even despite his coworkers, disappointing attitude.
