If you want to overpay for your vehicle due to dealer add ons and other hidden fees this is the place to buy from. The quote I received was 5k more than the total sticker price. Which was a little shocking but I knew the first quote was going to be higher and was prepared to negotiate. So I told him where I wanted the price to be and the sales rep said it was impossible to get that car for the price I wanted and suggested used cars or a base model instead of the one I actually wanted. I eventually left and told him I wanted to keep my options open and get other quotes. I was told again how thats not going to happen and was guilt tripped for not buying a car after having spent time with a sales rep. He explained that they dont get paid just for spending time with customers. Which im pretty sure is common knowledge. However, I wasnt ruling them out. I figured if they wanted to make a sale they would be reasonable and work with me on price. It wasnt hard to find better deals for 4-5k less than what they quoted me- for the exact same vehicle brand new. However, when he spoke to me over the phone he kept saying again, that I would only be able to get the price I want if I went with a used car or a lesser version of the car I wanted. I was honest and upfront with him about the other quotes and how I would go about choosing a dealer at that point. He tried to have me give him my word that I would "stop shopping around" if he offered me a certain price (still higher than the offers i was already receiving that day) and I told him I couldnt do that. BUT I told him I could give him my word if he could beat the other offers. He told me to get my other quotes together and get back with him once I was done. So I did and I communicated to the rep about the other deals I had been offered. He then wanted proof and a breakdown of the other offers I had which was weird to me because it felt as if he thought I was lying. But I sent it to him regardless. After sending it to him he kept telling me the vehicle wasnt the same as the one I wanted. He kept saying it was the base model vehicle. I told him it was the exact same one I was quoted for from their dealership and he continued to say otherwise. I ended up not responding because this was a waste of time. Its clear these guys will lie and say anything to make a sale. The only way these guys can make a sale is if the person in unkowledgeable and is tricked into thinking they got the best case scenario deal. Its a shame. There are plenty of other dealers who are honest and genuine about selling you a vehicle and you can have honest negotiations. Avoid going in to this place and I wouldn't even waste time looking online. You can expect the price you saw online to be marked up with hidden fees and dealer add ons by...
Read moreOur vehicle was in their shop 15 out of 19 days. They overcharged us by $740 when they added charge for a 4 hour service back as labor charge after the Service Advisor had stated the charge for that service would be applied to costs (no charge) if repairs were done at their shop. Left messages to find out status 3 times before we finally got a response to say they were still working on the vehicle. Talked to the Service Manager about the overcharge and he assured me that he would call me back the following Monday after checking into what had occurred - still hasn't called. Got home and the next day, when going to fill the gas tank, had a code set, the vehicle went into limp mode as I was crossing 2 lanes of traffic to turn into the station - a very uncomfortable feeling and I'm really glad traffic was light or it would most likely have resulted in a serious accident. After days (nearly a week) back in the shop, the dealership was unable to determine a problem (I had reset the code to make the vehicle safe to drive there) - they had only driven the vehicle a total of a couple miles (We live about 20 miles from the dealership and had driven nearly 100 miles by the time the code set) - I'm not certain how they were going to repeat the issue by allowing the car to sit in their garage or on their parking lot and checking it each day to see if it would show anything (my assumption but most likely just sat there)
SO - lack of communication, overcharge that was never settled, failure to find and correct an issue - one that most likely resulted because all ECM (part replaced) synchronization requirements were not satisfied. I provided them with plenty of information including leaving a voicemail about another thing that was occurring that I don't know if they even checked into. WE are extremely dissatisfied with the performance of this dealership for this service. We purchased 2 (TWO) new vehicles from this dealership and expected much better of them. Too bad there's not a ZERO star to...
Read moreThis review is for the service department only as they are the only ones I did business with.
Unfortunately google will not allow me to give a zero star rating because this experience dosent come close to even a 1 star rating.
I brought my 2025 silverado 3500 to this service department on Monday October 6th for a check engine light on my dash after my truck would not remote start. Technician(s) did more work trying to figure out ways of not having to actually troubleshoot what caused the remote start to stop working and the check engine light by claiming the stero system I had installed was the problem. Then moved on to my dealership installed APEX gps device wired into my OBD port was the fault, removed it without consulting me first or APEX on possibly troubleshooting the device. I had to call Keating Chevrolet (where I bought the truck) and have them explain to the worlds most incompetent sevice desk clerk on the planet that what they did was a no-no and to put it back immediately. Then the technician decided to take my truck on a personal errand TO HIS HOUSE!this turned into a 23 mile trip wasting my fuel not to mention was driving 80MPH IN MY VECHICLE! The service shop foreman had the nerve to continously defend the technician driving at those speeds because of and I quote "just going with the flow of traffic". What an immense lack of professionalism, complete disregard of respect to a customers vehicle and massive abuse of trust. Whats worse is that technician STILL WORKS THERE! They could not tell me anything about what caused the faults in the first place and didnt release my truck back to me till October 11th. AFTER 5 DAYS SHOULDER SHRUGS "WE DONT KNOW" Please take head of this warning, DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT WITH YOUR VEHICLE! I can 100% guarantee that you would have much more success and communication from a "shade tree mechanic" who fixes vehicles from the garage at his home than this service department. DO NOT TRUST THIS...
