I usually never have issues with this place and always recommend their food, but the recent experience I’ve had with them has forced me to consider going elsewhere for pizza.
I ordered a 16” pizza through the Slice app on a Friday afternoon, knowing it’s a busy day. The app estimated the pizza would be delivered by 7:32pm, one hour from placing the order and that was fine. What wasn’t fine was that I was notified at 7:03 that my order was on the way, we live half a street away from the restaurant so it only should have been a few minutes drive. 7:32 came and went with no update. I contacted the restaurant who said the pizza should have been delivered already and they’d reach out to the driver in case something might have happened. We didn’t receive our pizza until 7:45, over 40 minutes after the initial out for delivery notification was received. The delivery guy was quiet and seemed very shameful, as if he was guilty of hanging out doing nothing until the very last second that the app estimated. Our pizza was completely cold by the time we received it. The store didn’t offer any sort of refund, but instead offered a $10 coupon code, forcing us to do further business with them which we absolutely had no faith in doing. My recommendation is to opt for pickup if you do choose this place, or go elsewhere. It’s a shame that an incident like this has turned me away from a business I enjoyed...
Read moreI wish I would have came to the reviews before ordering off Uber Eats. I hate to leave a poor review but I'm a trucker and ordering out doesn't happen often so I expect superb food and service. Shouldn't we all?
Look at the picture and you see an amazing dish right? Well, .… The chicken taste like they breaded and fried/baked it yesterday and put sauce and cheese on it today. It was so dated tasting I couldn't finish it and I'm concerned I may get sick from it. Also I flipped it over and there was no breading on the bottom nor was it on the spaghetti. How tf that happen? The meat balls? Well I read that they were homemade but that must be what the package say where ever they orderd them from because Tyson meat balls taste better. They wasn't bad by any means but they most definitely wasn't made in house as advertised. If so I stand corrected but they taste premade, frozen and packaged from Sysco. The salad was good but you can't mess up a salad and the bread was pretty good also. All in all I'll never eat from here again and wouldn't recommend if asked. $27 wasted. I should have went with the seafood place as I started too. So disappointing. I gave two stars only because of the bread, salad, spaghetti noodles n sauce, and the fact the person I spoke over the phone with was kind but that didnt pay or make my...
Read moreHello all. I am Joshua McBride the new owner of this belleria location. First of all let me apologize on behalf of the old owner because no "Belleria" should be ran the way it was being run. If any of you have had previous problems contact the store and ask for me personally and if for some reason I am not there please leave a name and number and I will reach you because I would love to hear of any problems you may have had so that I work hard on fixing them. I am reconstructing the "pizza shop" feel into a family dining Italian restaurant. New menu coming soon and more entrees will be available. The belleria food in general is and has always been great and I plan to make sure it stays great while stapling the pieces that need fixed. If anyone has had a problem please come back and give it a try. The previous owner was great but lost a lot of interest at the end and it showed in the business. My partner and I (my mother) are working hard to make this restaurant the restaurant it should be. In and out. Thank you...
