Burger King — Restaurant in Cortland

NORMALLY, this is my go-to location, however today the crew really dropped the ball. After pulling forward to await my order of a single classic chicken sandwich, I decided that (after more than 15 minutes) I should check on things. To my surprise (and theirs) it STILL WAS NOT DONE! and of course my question was "does it take over 15 minutes to make a chicken sandwich now? To which the MANAGER REPLIED "well yes, of course it does!" it was at this time that I pretty much figured they'd forgotten about me outside and didn't want to admit it. Then another lady hands her a bag with a sandwich in it. And of course it was what I was waiting for... or was it? Sorta, I guess after having to make another one they'd forgotten to hold the pickles on this one, anyway I'm a big boy so I had no problem pulling them off my self BUT the sandwich was kinda hard to swallow COLD AND WITHOUT SAUCE kinda out of character for this particular location, hence the 3...

I haven't had burger king in a little while...All the other ones I have ever had have not been good at all. I went here and service was great. The lady in there was really nice! The large fries I got were definitely a 9/10 for me. Perfectly salted 👌👍🫡 and it tasted delicious 😋 The whopper i got wasn't too bad, for sure a 7.5/10 for me, could've been better. The rodeo burger with extra onion rings i got hit different fr - 9/10 the onion rings and the barbeque sauce was just straight up fire 🔥🔥🥶🥶 The cookies i got for free from the app were really good - 7/10 I wish it could've had a better cookie to chocolate ratio. All in all it was definitely a 8/10 for me.. Will for sure come back soon! I have also provided some pictures of the food...

Ordered the shroom swiss melt, First 1 had yellow cheese, Took it back up n told them, she said you want us to remake it. Well YES I Want What I Ordered. Got the 2nd melt, Only for it to have cold unmelted cheese, Cold Mushrooms, N just Nasty Tasting, Couldn't even eat the whole thing, Just Pure Yucky..... Ordered a milkshake that was so liquidy that it just didn't look right. Took it back up, N was told that's how the are. I said really ? She says to you want another 1, YES..... The next 1 was just as BAD,,,,, LIQUIDY..... TOOK IT BACK UP N GOT MY MONEY BACK. Worst Burger King Food n Shake Ever..... No Wonder Burger King is Going Under...
