Pat's Pizza — Restaurant in Bear

My family and I came into this establishment and received the worst service ever! When we arrived we took our menu's from the counter had a seat in the dining room area and proceeded to look over the menu's. Never once was we greeted nor was our order taken. The Manager walked passed us to turn off the tv hell we couldn't even get a hello or a smile from him smh. We sat there for 10- 15 minutes until someone finally realized that we actually existed. I informed one of the counter staff of my concerns he patiently explained that they no longer take orders from the dining room. As he and I were having a conversation a young white red headed female decided to interrupt our discussion by say; I CAN'T HELP THAT YOU SAT THERE ALL THIS TIME AND NO ONE TOOK YOUR ORDER, THAT'S NOT MY FAULT! I then said excuse me she then began to argue back with me to the point I asked for the manager before leaving. When the manager came up to me I explained what happened and his body language kicked off that he didn't even care nor wish to hear what I had to say. I told him I didn't like the customer service and how rude she was to me and I decided to eat elsewhere. He then gave me a look like OK and while bye. I never got apology or anything from the treatment my family and I just received. While I was leaving one of the customers told me that she is always rude to everyone. That's not how your run a business the customer is always right no matter what! In this case I'm traveling from out of town how am I supposed to know they don't order from the dining room no more and etc. All it took was a couple of seconds to inform me of that I would of nicely got up and placed my order not sit there for 10 - 15 minutes with no service. As far as I'm concerned I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER!!!!!! I CAME HERE OVER 10 YEARS AGO AND LOOKED FORWARD EATING THERE AGAIN FOR THEIR FAMOUS SANDWICHES BUT IF AN OUT OF TOWNER HAS TO COME IN AN BE MISSED TREATED I CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SPEND MY MONEY TO ANOTHER RESTAURANT THAT WANTS MY...

My family and I placed countless orders from Pat’s for over a year via delivery and pick up. I never had any issues or concerns until today. An order for delivery was placed at 4:05 pm. My order did not arrive until 5:40 pm. I called the Resturant at 4:45 pm requesting a status update. I was told my food was ready. However, it would take another 30mins to receive it. I was told to refer to the website and there’s a disclaimer that states “estimated delivery time 1 to 1:30 hours. Well it took 1 hour 35 mins to receive my food. The food was cold as one could only imagine. I had to reheat the entire order. I received cold, greasy, heavily salted food that was undesired at this point. This will be the last time I order from Pat’s. Extremely disappointed no one should ever have to wait 1 hour and 35 mins for a delivery. Imaging waiting over a hour to receive your food, you receive it finally and the food taste like trash. Save yourself the time and hassle. When you think of Pat’s think desperate, no other option and quickly remember there has to be another way prior to ordering from this place. Horrible simply horrible. Get it...

No Stars!!!! I had to click one in order to post this! This Pat's Pizzeria in Bear is the worst...My family came in to eat there and ordered from the Lunch Special menu, #2 Wraps, the price showed one thing and the regular menu showed something else...if you spoke with a manager they would always honor the price the customer saw. The managers response here was a DISGRACE he did not honor the price kept saying they forgot to take the Menu down. Then told us an address to go to and then to get out. We were not disrespectful it was the most awful experience ever from a public merchant. The young lady who took our order apologized the Star is for her. I would have never gone back due to another bad experience there my cheese burger was cold and my husband complained same manager brushed it off as if it was nothing wrong, we said lets try one more time.
